COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT! I have been with Kroger pharmacies over 30 years and have never experienced the level of incompetence that I have at this pharmacy... 2 prescriptions sent over to this location on Saturday 10/11 They filled one of the items an antibiotic that day, when I asked about the other a pain med, they said they never received it... I called the ER and they sent it over again, still the pharmacy said they didn't get it.. fast forward to today Monday 10/13 and several attempts to get this filled. The ER even went as far as to get a confirmation that the prescription had been received.. Still this pharmacy denied seeing it, I finally gave up and had it sent to a different Kroger pharmacy where it was received and processed immediately.. 3 days of pain caused by this totaly incompetent group of people! They should be run out of town. To be clear... I don't blame Kroger for this, the fault lays squarely on the pharmacy and its staff... Thank the lord this wasnt a life saving med that I was waiting for... **Note** One has to wonder how they received one med and not the other when both were submitted at the same time on the same transmission. Kinda makes you question things, doesn't it??

I agree that the text notifications are problematic, but if you use the website (or app), it gives you the info you need.
But as far as the staff - 95% of the time I get great service. Friendly, knowledgeable pharmacists and techs that go out off their way to lend a hand. I used to deal with a different pharmacy that was SO terrible - I'm really grateful I found this one!!

We send all of your prescriptions there and have never had an issue. They’re pretty timely as well

I was having issues with the Walgreens in Celina. I moved all of my prescriptions to Kroger. The associates were extremely helpful, understanding and got my prescription ready within an hour! Thank yall so much for the exceptional customer service!

By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. The only reason we go here is the lack of options in Prosper. The staff is rude and not helpful. They are always out of supplies. You have e to ask for obvious things like needles for injectables. I cannot wait for something closer to open.

Had a great experience dealing with Kroger’s Pharmacy while visiting from out of town. I realized I had forgotten to pick up a medication from my local pharmacy back home. I called into Kroger explained the situation and gave them the info they needed and they had my rx ready to go by the next day. Breezed through the drive thru to pick up my prescription. Couldn’t have been easier!

The female with braids in her hair is rude and definitely has no customer service skill this is not the first time I have seen her interact with customers being rude and acting clueless looking at a screen and come back with the same answer of “I don’t know” ridiculous Kroger as a whole needs to do better can’t wait for H‑E‑B

Kroger fails on customer service and speed. Contrast the photo with a recent trip to HEB that had 12 checkout lanes staffed with 12 baggers working.Kroger wants the customer to do the work. HEB wants to take care if the customer.

No matter what time you go, there is only 1 cashier on and the rest of the lines are self checkout. Usually, we wait 20-30 minutes in line (not including how long it takes to complete the self checkout process). Today, it took nearly 50 minutes to the complete check out process! We've been coming here for a year and it's starting to get ridiculous. Moving forward, we are driving farther to avoid this place. I recommend you all do the same..

Truly remarkable how bad this store is. 50/50 chance of getting a cart when walking in and not having to go back to parking lot. Shelves continually not stocked, overwhelmed staff-the ones that care to be there at least. always long checkout-almost only option is self checkout and the one staff member covering 6-8 machines that non-stop malfunction is never enough. Lucky to get thru checkout with only 2 calls for help. I live 1mi from store and have gone 1-3 times a week since opening. I am done, Walmart or Brookshires from now on until HEB opens.

Worse management ever! Can't even explain how uneducated and careless the manage is. I came to visit my sister from out of state. I've made 4 trips to the grocery and had issues with rude staff and needed help, asked for manager kindly & manager came and whispered to employee then left me waiting for 25 min. Unreal. I've never experienced anything like this. I also overheard 2 employees talking about their terrible manager and wanted to quit. Huge problem people!

Pharmacy opens at 11am (on Sundays) and then the entire staff goes to lunch at 1pm. The pharmacy completely shuts down until 1:30 and the customer service is a joke!

5 out of 5 , so many cameras and they still can't catch me best store ! Filled with old heads or young brats
