This was my first and last time using this pharmacy. The pharmacy techs were great, and helpful. The pharmacist, however, was smug and you could clearly tell she takes joy in shouting embarrassing instructions loudly at customers. I even told the tech while I was paying that I do not need instructions. It was as if the pharmacist was waiting for me to pick up my meds. The look on her face let me know she was purposely speaking loudly so everyone could know how I need to use my RX. I thought it was humorous and weird at first but after giving it some thought, I realized how unprofessional it was and now I’m seeing everyone else’s experience here, and am not surprised by her terrible reviews. I can’t remember her name, but I would describe her as the older white brunette who is trying her best to still look young. I’ll take my business to Prosper pharmacy instead and hope everyone else will do the same.

They have been very helpful getting medication filled without any hassle. Easier to deal with than other pharmacies!

I continue to go to this pharmacy because it has terrible reviews and therefore, isn't as crowded as the others. Long story short, plan to deal with this pharmacist denying your medication 3-5 times before filling it. I try to never let my meds get low enough to miss a dose with these people. My doctor has to argue back and forth with this pharmacist several times. Usually my doctor cancels the refill and rewrites the script altogether for her to fill. Just be prepared ahead of time. If you are filling controlled substances, you are looking at going round and round with her. Techs aren't too bad but some will actually check for better prices while others won't bother. Sometimes, you'll get someone who will find you better pricing than your insurance and just apply the coupon. Others won't even bother to look if you ask. Hit or miss there.

Looking to pick up medicine for my sick child crying in pain and the person working at the pharmacist couldn't give a damn and just focused on themselves leaving on time saying there isn't enough time to make medicine... As if they are flying out to Africa to make the medicine by hand. Note to Kroger Csuite, sell or close your pharmacy division to someone who can actually execute for the customer.

I’ve tried year after year to deal with this Kroger pharmacy, and they continuously don’t have my medication, or tell me wrong information. I do not recommend this Pharmacy at all…not even to my enemies

Terrible bad service from Dylan today 6/2/24 at 11:47am, I asked him if they do medicine from veterinarian he said yes, then he looked at my prescription and when he struggled on his screen, he just said he doesn’t have those kind of medicines, really!!! obviously he didn’t know how to handle it and just denied service instead of asking somebody else, other than that I always had great experience with this Pharmacy. it’s always very disappointing and makes you feel the bad specially when your dog is dying and you’re desperate in getting medicine, really sad.

Pharmacists definitely know what they are doing . But I had a miserable experience with the staff today 12/19/2023 , could have got treated better by tech , in general we all want to exchange being polite , don’t we .3-04-24 , nothing has changed

This rating is based on several experiences. The worse grocery store I have ever been in. Very poorly managed and severely understaffed. They f you want a cart then you better go it yourself from the parking lot. Last night was the last straw for me. I walked into the store to find the produce section completely empty and looking like the zombie apocalypse just started. I immediately left and drove 10 min south to Market Street. I will never again step foot in that Kroger.

I have always had a fantastic experience at this pharmacy. The pharmacist is always helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. She always answers any questions that I have and goes above and beyond with customer service.
