We shop here very often and usually no one bothers us, until tonight! There is one lady with short hair at the self checkout. She was rude. She had to assist us two times because we bought some discounted yogurts and it needed an assistant to check. She came over, was very rude and short. She then snatched the coupons that printed while we were checking out! My husband said that it was our coupons but she didn’t care and just snatched it and yelled back, then just walked away! I’m not sure whether she was exhausted for the night but we didn’t deserved to be treated like this! We always come to this store and will continue to do so. I just hope that we won’t have to see her again. I hate that we have to feel like this because we didn’t do anything wrong and we just wanted to shop peacefully! I guess we’ll try to not shop at night to avoid receiving horrible customer service from rude individuals!

This is my first time in a Kroger Marketplace and I was excited to see what all they had and I was surprised they have a lot of clothes, household items & even toys, along with my Kroger favorites!

I used to go to this store often, but because the prices on the price tags are the smaller, but at the checkout I have to pay much more, I will stop going to this place, there are always some tricks just to get more money, it's disgusting

Edit - promoted to 4 stars, they are better at keeping things stocked now and are cheaper than HEB now, we stopped going to HEB cause they are missing 5 of our staple items so 🤷♂️
It got the job done but the new HEB across the street is overwhelmingly better in all aspects from price to quality to items actually being stocked to nothing unusual being locked up to having a lot of variety to items just being lower priced and not requiring membership
This kroger has things in weird places, laundry items locked up, find things out of stock very often and let's not forget the creepy art style and questionable ads on carts, 3/5

No wifi not able to load. Manager said that it’s very slow hard to load and that I wouldn’t be able to use my digital coupon even though I have my own service. I tried Wi-Fi on Wi-Fi off Kroger on Kroger off. It’s not working.

Ever since the HEB opened across the street, this particular Kroger has become the absolute worst.
If I am spending $100 or more, then I should not have to bag my items while the cashier and the special needs baggers just stand there and watch me, talk, and laugh and not even attempt to help. Unacceptable!
Kroger still has items I can't get at HEB, but from now on, I'll either drive across Prosper to the one on Preston or down 423 to the one on Little Elm Pkwy.
One would think that after HEB opened, they would do everything they could to improve customer service, but NOPE..... this location is doing the opposite.
Do Better Kroger Windsong Parkway!

Kenn, who I believe is in charge of gathering shopping carts, helped me and my mom load our watermelons with so much enthusiasm and care. He wasn't asked to, and we even told him we got it, but he insisted and said, "It is my honor and privilege."
He is truly is the kindest person I have ever encountered.
Kroger is employing a gem of an employee, and I hope they realize how lucky they are to have someone so joyful, hardworking, and respectful on their team. Thank you Kenn for making our week brighter!

HEB Prosper can't happen soon enough. This store is an absolute joke. There are never carts or baskets at the entrance, lines are all the way up the aisles with no registers/baggers, and half of the self check outs are out of service.
Update 8 months later: Made the mistake of coming to this store again. I needed to pick up some medicine on the way home and thought it would be a quick stop. Nothing has improved at this store. The checkout area was dirty/messy with trash and grocery bags all over the place. The "managers" remain too scared to discipline their teenager employees that are just sitting around eating, chatting, and doing absolutely nothing. Oh, and the Deli was closed at 6pm, not that I've ever seen a person working there.

Customer service was terrible, they never have any registers open and self checkout is your only option. Looking forward to HEB opening soon since Kroger is always an upset.

Specifically thia Kroger has been poorly managed for years. Always a long line with only a handful of the self checkouts open. The employee is never engaged and slow to assist with checkout issues. Last time I got propane the girl at customer service said she'd get someone to help then clocked out and went home while I waited, she didn't tell a soul i needed propane. HEB going to put a serious hurt on this Kroger.
