I finally replaced all of the groceries I bought at Kroger for the HEB grocery store! Yippieeeeeeeee! Kroger is the most expensive grocery store in North Dallas (Frisco and Proper) and the help is usually no help at all. Their shelves are usually poorly stocked. Their meat, fish and produce most the time is paltry at best. Do yourself and pocket book a favor .... Shop at HEB. The employees are very helpful. And check out is a breeze. HEB's meat and fish is always fresh and tasty. If you can, shop at off hours because at peak times parking may be hard to find. HEB's parking lot is huge and you eventually find parking. Be patient.... It's worth it! The HEB stores are usually very busy. They are busy because they offer value and quality. I recommend you try it out.... You won't be disappointed!

I love Kroger but I have to give this one 1 Star because of Jane in customer service. She is in customer service and is by far the the most rude person in customer service I have ever met. I didn't want to write a a review on one experience but I have had several encounters with her and she is always rude. She was also rude to the guy standing in line behind me and my husband went grocery shopping on a separate occasion and she was rude to him. I don't expect people to be over the top nice but please do your job. This is the second time I have to return something she tells me it cannot be done. Strangely when I ask for help from someone else they are able to return what Jane told me was not returnable. My feed back is do not lie to me and tell me produce cannot be returned and that the manager is in the back and it's going to take him over an hour to talk to. Or that I cannot return something that was purchased with Instacart. Don't lash out on your customers because they say hello. Or sit there and talk bad about me to your other employees!! I'm tired of getting bullied at a grocery store. Let's be kind to one another! Lying to customers and talking bad about them when they can clearly hear you is by far unacceptable. If you are Jane's manager I hope you can converse with her about her behavior because it's truly unacceptable.

Great market! Wonderful selection in pretty much everything, especially the deli/bakery side of the store. Lots of options to choose from with pre-made meals that have been freshly made. Even the floral and plant selection is better than most. The Starbucks is always helpful, too.

Why do you NEVER have baskets? This Kroger is great and all, but hall never have baskets for grocery shopping. You only have carts and that drives me insane for some unknown reason.

There were no carts available because they were all outside. I went to customer service to tell them and the woman behind the counter was extremely rude and told me to stand in line if I wanted to talk to her. I found an employee at the self checkout and I told her there were no shopping carts and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I left and will never shop at this Kroger again!

Big, bright, clean SUPER market. A little overwhelming and I can never seem to find what I want without wandering around a lot. Probably my own fault. Staff is ok but not amazing. No complaints.

I came to kroger to get some ballloon 3 at first then as the air machine wasn't working, a worker that was a little bigger than most we had asked if she can blow up another balloon and she did shoulder strung and rolled her eyes and leaned her head back giving attitude for what doing her job? like it was disrespectful. Its her job to be doing it we were nice to her too only for her to be rude, like wow. she lucky it was 7 in the morning cus i wouldve gotten it straight with her, get active next time. #onlygoodthingthereisstarbucks.

This is our local and closet grocery store. It is usually pretty good about having the essential food items in stock in quantity. Lately, the bread selection has been uninspiring, and it takes some effort to track down something other than basic white bread. Sourdough bread is not common, but it is our preferred type of bread for sandwiches. The last couple of visits were slim pickings.

This Kroger is notorious for mispriced items. Almost every time I shop here at least one item scans higher than the label. The self-checkout attendant was rude and skeptical when I asked about it, and required that I go back to the item and take a picture of the price tag. When is HEB coming?

I just experienced the worst treatment ever. Jane the person at the costumer service was so rude to me. I went to return two items that I purchased online today. She was giving me an attitude since the beginning and she was treating me very poorly. She was giving me a very hard time when returning my two items so I asked for the manager. The manager gave the okay to return the items and after that she continue to be rude and giving me a hard time. Then she said to insert my credit card to give me the money back but I didn’t have it on me so I told her to give me a gift card. She then started yelling at me saying she couldn’t give me a gift card and she didn’t have time for this to return another day. Then I asked for the manager one more time and she said she was not going to call him. I feel she was very racist to me since the moment she saw me. I toldThe manager how I felt and how she treated me and he apologized and returned my money on the gift card . I hope they do something about it.

I’m not sure if this store is racist I own a 5 million home in this area the lines in the store a mile long so I go to the customer service counter cause there is no one there the is an older that’s always rude for no reason and she didn’t wanna ring me up and all I had was 3 juices I asked for a manger and he came over and was rude his exact words were I’m not doing with you and walked away cause I ask him can I pay for these juices here talk about poor customer service no wonder why they have 3.8 star rating this is an area of wealth there should be no why I can’t pay for 3 juices at the customer service counter especially if no one is there
