Great service and staff is extremely friendly. I went in to get a state inspection (i go to them for everything). Valvoline around the corner from my house is never able to give a state inspection or rotate your tires. Everyone from the front desk to the shop are extremely friendly.

Hi - just went for an emissions test today. Waited about 45 minutes as expected and they were efficient in checking me out. The waiting area was clean, and a tv was on to watch.

Staff was very professional but slow. Estimated oil change time was 30 minutes but in reality was an hour and some change. Price seemed high at $105 before tax on a traverse. They left the steering wheel oily, had to stop to clean it off. Came because we had a coupon but won’t be back.

I went in with a leaking heater hose. I told them I needed the hose replaced. They told me they would call me with a quote the next day. They quoted me $1k. I told them I would take it somewhere else as the other two quotes I got were 40% less expensive. They charged me $100 for diagnostics, which I did not request. I requested a quote. I no longer do business with this place.

Never take your vehicle here. I had an engine light go on and they repaired. Came on again a week later. Stated I had a rodent issue. I took my car to 2 different places and they both stated that there was no evidence of a rodent problem in my engine. Another one of my cars I took for an oil change and was running fine until they did the change. Now there is a major rattling problem in my engine and they cannot figure it out. This place is the worst.
