I agree with the more recent reviews that this place has turned it around, for the most part. They always have freshly cooked meats ready to be replenished at lunchtime, and the tacos are filling. The salsa bar has tasty salsas, but they're mostly mild in heat. The beef fajita and carnitas tacos are recommended.

These tacos are the real deal, they are absolutely delicious. What a great idea to locate the store in a 7-eleven.

Terrible - $55 delivery and they left off half my order. No sauce or guacamole or dessert but I paid for it. Then no phone answer when I called. Crappy

Ok the star ratting I think is off. I was just in there. The food was mighty tasty hot and fresh. Good thickness to the taco. Not bad on price.I’m happy.

All the new managers really turned this place around! The food tastes so much better now. Glad we gave it a second chance.

Got the dozen tacos. All the carnitas were like this. So dry. Not typical. But my goodness this stuff had to be days old. Tortilla and meat incredibly hard.

Strategically located in a gas station on the corner of Preston and Frontier parkway is this taco spot that I have been phoning to try. My love for comida mexicano goes back to Carrollton and my fave supermercado. I'd pick up my fajita chicken and beef to go grill at home and pick up 3/4 tacos in a plate or one of their massive tortas. With the bar set so high, I should've tempered my expectations....and my feelings are pretty mixed at this point. It's easy enough to roll up and order, I decided to go with the rotisserie chicken(I got the last half) and arroz y frijoles(rice and refried beans). I'll say that it looked allright; and smelled good. These are also working man size portions; I'm sure a good part of the business is the work crews littered all around the gas station. There is also plenty of clean seating space if you want to chill. That said, the chicken was slightly above mid; rice and beans were ok, tortillas are tortillas and my jalapeños was wilting to oblivion. That said I picked my food just before 2; and I'd expect something fresh off the grill to be very different.Value for $$$, yes; would I seek the food out, no; should I I try their brekki tacos, yes. This is fairly priced food that is right at average in taste; not a foodies secret. But I will be back for breakfast tacos since that is a big part of their business .

Waled in at 10:15, no one behind the counter would acknowledge I was there, I finally asked someone if I could get a breakfast taco they informed me they were not serving breakfast and then walked away..I got there attention again and asked when they stop serving breakfast and was told 10:30. I explained it was 10:16 and the breakfast menus where still up so I should be able to get breakfast and the guy laughed and said it will switch on a moment. Very rude and disrespectful. I have never tried your food and guess I never will now as well as my 15 truck fleet will go other places for gas and food from now on
