My experience from the initial request for quotation through installation with Made in the Shade - Prosper Girl was outstanding in every way. Jenni replied to my online inquiry within an hour and scheduled an initial meeting, She arrived on time with samples and photos of plantation shutters for our review. She was delightful, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and provided a quote and delivery estimate on the spot. The installation team was professional and did a top notch job. Because the shutters are all made to order we were prepared for a delay due to the upcoming holiday season, but our beautiful new shutters were installed a full week before Christmas. We could not be happier with them or the service provided by Jenni and Made in the Shade.

We are extremely satisfied and pleased with our experience with Prosper Made in the Shade. From our initial meeting to the installation, everything was very smooth, organized, and quick! My experience with made in the shade was the best! Jenni showed up on time and was so helpful. My shades are wonderful. They were installed fast and are my favorite window treatments! I also had wood shutters on the front of the house! We love them and they look great! I would recommend made in the shade!
