I liked Matt’s demeanor and professionalism from the moment we first spoke. He consistently provided calculated inputs and actionable advice throughout all phases of the process: preparing, presenting, and closing on the sale of my home. He repeatedly found ways to adjust sales tactics to meet the demands of a slow market, which ultimately led to the sale of my home. Additionally, since I was not in the local area for the entire duration of the home being on the market, he went above and beyond numerous times to meet contractors and check on the home. I can't say enough positive things about my experience working with Matt. As my realtor, he was an absolute professional and a lifesaver from start to finish.
Buying a home can be incredibly stressful, but Matt held my hand through the entire process, patiently answering every question I had and guiding me every step of the way. His attention to detail is outstanding. He made sure the house was thoroughly inspected (twice!) so there were no surprises, which gave me incredible peace of mind.
What truly sets Matt apart is how far he'll go for his clients. I was out of town for part of the closing process, and Matt completely took the reins. He personally scheduled and managed all the necessary services to keep everything on track, ensuring we had a perfectly smooth closing.
Even after the inspection, he was already thinking ahead, proactively getting estimates for me on improvements I was considering, like new window blinds.
If you're looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely cares about making your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible, you have to work with Matt. I wholeheartedly recommend him!

My wife and I were looking to purchase our first home during a long distance move and were looking for a realtor to not only answer all of our questions, but walk us through each step of the scary process. After first engaging with a realtor who was slow to respond and who just simply stopped communicating with is, we found Matt by searching realtors with excellent Google reviews, and he did not disappoint.Moving across country while attempting to purchase a home was extremely stressful. Matt relieved every worry from the start. He never hesitated to answer our questions. He was super responsive, and even after close he is still helping us with small tasks like being available for window measurements and things we couldn’t be present for. When it came time to sell our house, I started looking at various realtors in the area. I had heard about Matt and his reputation of being one of the best realtors to deal with. He did not disappoint! I met with Matt a couple of times before I decided he was the realtor for us. Each time we met I felt like he really had our best interest and not just another client.Matt discussed various options for us to help sell quickly and at top dollar. He pointed out a few things that would help improve the salability of our house. He had a team that came in and did touchup painting, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, and sprinkler repair. Every one of them were amazing!We had our first offer in less than a week but declined because of their lowball offer. A couple of days later Matt brought us our second offer which was at full asking price. Really happy with my experience. Matt goes out of his way to find the perfect home. He knows the market and knows what is important in a home.
