My wife and I were looking to purchase our first home during a long distance move and were looking for a realtor to not only answer all of our questions, but walk us through each step of the scary process. After first engaging with a realtor who was slow to respond and who just simply stopped communicating with is, we found Matt by searching realtors with excellent Google reviews, and he did not disappoint.Moving across country while attempting to purchase a home was extremely stressful. Matt relieved every worry from the start. He never hesitated to answer our questions. He was super responsive, and even after close he is still helping us with small tasks like being available for window measurements and things we couldn’t be present for. When it came time to sell our house, I started looking at various realtors in the area. I had heard about Matt and his reputation of being one of the best realtors to deal with. He did not disappoint! I met with Matt a couple of times before I decided he was the realtor for us. Each time we met I felt like he really had our best interest and not just another client.Matt discussed various options for us to help sell quickly and at top dollar. He pointed out a few things that would help improve the salability of our house. He had a team that came in and did touchup painting, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, and sprinkler repair. Every one of them were amazing!We had our first offer in less than a week but declined because of their lowball offer. A couple of days later Matt brought us our second offer which was at full asking price. Matt was really patient with us during the purchase of our new home. It took us 1 year to find the perfect home. During this time Matt took us to numerous properties and was very flexible with our schedule. He helped us throughout the whole process and answered all our questions.I believe that the reason our offer was accepted was due to his professionalism. The listing agent had other offers, but she wanted to work with an experienced agent who would make sure that the deal would close with no problems, AND IT DID.Matt also listed our home for us and sold it in one week. Matt is an amazing agent who I cannot recommend enough. He helped us find our new home and negotiate a winning offer (not entirely easy given how picky my wife and I can be). He dealt with the necessities associated with escrow and lined up a phenomenal mortgage broker, arranged inspections, and was always available to navigate the process. Matt is much more than your typical real estate agent. He is also a project manager with a vast web of industry connections. He’s gone above and beyond by coordinating contractors and bids for projects and updates on my home. I wouldn’t hesitate utilizing his services again and would suggest that others needing a great real estate agent to employ his services.
