The nurse practitioner I visited was very helpful, friendly, and gave me a diagnosis of why I was sick.

Made appointment on line and I was attended to on a timely manner. The nurse practitioner was awesome - the best medical person I have ever encountered. She took her time, explained everything clearly, resolved my issue and treated me like with the greatest respect. I wish that more medical personnel would be like her!!!

I was surprised by how easy it was to schedule an appointment. The practitioner came to get me at the scheduled time. She made me feel comfortable and heard. She asked really good questions and I was able to get my prescription right away. I recommend trying CVS' Minute Clinic.

The practitioner at MinuteClinic was professional and explained in detail my issue as it pertains to the remedy. Outstanding job! Definitely recommend utilizing this clinic for basic needs.

I brought my son to the CVS Minute Clinic at 7:10 PM for a painful splinter, well before their posted closing time of 7:30 PM. Despite our urgency, the provider on duty was already cleaning up and flatly refused to see him, stating she had to tidy up, report to her manager, and leave. There was no empathy, no sense of responsibility, and certainly no professionalism. It’s unacceptable for a healthcare provider to turn away a child in pain simply because they’re eager to clock out. This is not the kind of care any patient deserves. I will never return to this location and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for truly patient-centered care.

husband was sick and came to the walk in a sick appointment. We have insurance, the doctor there that day took his info but did not submit anything for a claim. Had to pay $300 for a flu and covid test. Should've cost $25 copay. Talked to my insurance and they said the provider did not submit a claim. So she was annoyed at my husband when he arrived for booking a same day appt at the WALK IN because she was busy.I let that go until I was told by insurance she never submitted anything on her end. just charged us the cash price and called it done. So idk if she did this just to be a problem, or what. AFTER READING OTHER REVIEWS I SEE PEOPLE BEING CHARGED CRAZY THINGS WHEN THEY SHOULD NOT. ITS BECAUSE THE PROVIDER HERE HAS A BAD ATTITUDE AND DOESNT SUBMIT THINGS TO PEOPLES INSURANCES ON PURPOSE. TOTAL GARBAGE.

Waited 25 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. They took in a family of three 5 minutes prior to my appointed time. Only one practitioner. She knew my inoculations would only take 5-10 minutes and with no one else in the waiting area it would have made sense to keep my appointment time.

I had an extremely disappointing encounter at this medical center. Despite being promised a blood test appointment at 4:30 PM, I ended up waiting for an extended period. Instead of conducting the test, the nurses asked about my mother’s medications and entered the data into the system. They then redirected us to LabCorp for the test. Despite my inquiries, no blood test was performed. To make matters worse, I was charged $149 for this unsatisfactory experience. When I called customer care to complain, someone noted the details, but subsequent calls went unanswered. I strongly advise against visiting this location.”

If I could give zero stars I would. Walked in to Minute Clinic at 5:03 pm for a sick visit; was told that they close at 5:30 and couldn’t be seen. I said, isn’t this a walk-in clinic? She replied yes, but we close in 20 minutes and don’t have an appointment for that….but it’s a walk in clinic. Terrible.

Me and my wife went to the Minute Clinic with upper respiratory infections. No Doctors...just Nurses. We were prescribed three days of antibiotics. No steroid shots available! I had been dealing with my respiratory infection for six weeks and was told three days of antibiotics would work. Paid $350 cash payment. The antibiotics didn't work. We went back and were told we would have to pay for additional appointments to get another antibiotic prescription issued. $700 cost to get antibiotics if we paid for additional for me and and my wife. Don't think so! We walked out and have to start over at an emergency clinic. Should have went there first. They have real Doctors! I'll never go back.

My wife and I were travelling in Dallas visiting family and she started not feeling well. They diagnosed her within an hour and had our prescription filled within 15 minutes. I highly recommend going for non-emergency issues. Thanks again!
