worst pharmacy ever! poorly staffed and never have rx ready on time. Sat in the drive thru forever waiting on peoples rx to get filled in front of me then mine hadn't been filled when I was just there yesterday and it wasn't ready Then. Awful service.

It seems like no matter where I live , CVS pharmacy has the worst staff ever. I received my son's medications and half the bottle was open and leaked all over the bag. This was the second time I received medication where the lid or peel was OPENED on my son's medication bottles! We didn't realize until we got home from picking up our prescriptions. When I tried to call , the pharmacy leaves you on hold for 30 plus minutes! By the time 30 minutes went by, the pharmacy was closed!

OMG, totally not related to the pharmacy, but I have to give a shout out to Mario Barboza at the 2451 East University Prosper Tx store!! I had my daughter's favorite specialty cake delivered as a "work-iversary" surprise to the CVS pharmacy where she works. But the Door Dasher who picked it up from the cake company got the address wrong and delivered it to the OTHER side of town, to Mario's CVS in Prosper. Mario was sweet enough to call me to let me know he received the order in error. The cake place would only give me a refund as it was too late in the day to redeliver a speciality cake. I was so upset, I can't even explain. Like, crying my eyes out, upset. So, I called Mario back to let him know he could have the cake because the whole surprise was ruined for my daughter. Instead of taking the cake, Mario offered to deliver it for me!! BEFORE my daughter got off work! And he wouldn't accept any money for it, either. I wish so bad more people were like this in the world. He seriously made my whole year. Thank you so much, Mario!! And for the love of God, please, CVS value this employee!! And my daughter, too! They work so hard! Does anyone know how I can let CVS admin know about Mario??

Went here for a Covid test and the lady was rude as hell. I hate people who choose a job and are jerks to the customers. You chose this job. So unless you just picking up medicine go get your Covid test somewhere else. You'd get no stars if that was a choice.

You can find just about the sane things as any other CVS locations. Staff is nice and it's always clean.

Great store with friendly staff. I've been to several other locations but I like this one since it's so close to home and the staff is very welcoming. They always seem to have everything I need in just one short and quick trip. I would give 5 stars but my complaints with CVS have always been their lengthy wasteful receipts and their higher prices even with a CVS customer card.
