A+++ if I pull give this place 10 stars I would. Owner was really chill and respectful. I drove 1hr 45min for this company’s prices and I tell you I’d do it 10 times over again. I had my screen replaced with an OEM one and my charging port replaced and everything works 100% I will definitely make the drive again if I had to have another phone repaired.

They were able to get me in same day to fix the back glass on my iPhone XR and replace the battery. Only took about 1.5 hours! Great service!

Dropped off my Apple Watch at Onsite Wireless located at 1241 Prosper Commons Suite 109 in Prosper Texas 3 weeks ago due to it not charging. After 1 week of no response about my watch I stopped by the shop. I was informed by the shop owner he was sick the past week which I can understand. He said he replaced the battery in my watch so I paid for a battery and glass replacement per my request. After arriving home I discovered my watch still would not take a charge. I returned the watch to the shop and left it there for further repair. That was 2 weeks ago. I've called the shop phone number numerous times but no one answers and texted but no response. I've driven to the shop 3 times. Sign on window says OPEN but door is always locked and nobody answers the door. If I don't get a response soon I will contact the police about my property at the shop. Stay away from this repair shop. A 1 star rating is too high!

Excellent service!! We had a broken iPhone screen that needed repair during the holidays. Onsite replied quickly to our online request and we were able to get the phone fixed the next morning. It was done while we waited and priced less than we had paid in the past.

Awesome store :) I broke my iPhone 7 trying to replace the battery. Brought the phone to the store and got it fixed at a very reasonable price. Mike fixed my speaker issue as well and din’t charge anything for the screen protector. Overall I had a great experience and recommend the store for anyone.

I had to get the back glass on an iPhone replaced and on-site had the fastest quote and lowest price of anywhere I tried. I got great service and a fast repair that looked good-as-new for a fraction of what apple would have charged. I definitely would recommend this place!

Contacted Mike midday with a cracked iPhone 11 screen. He was able to get us immediately in and once there we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Would absolutely recommend!

I went to On-site Wireless @ Prosper location to fix broken screen of my 11Pro Max and It has been great experience. Very quick service and phone looked new after screen replacement and also very reasonably priced. I would surely recommend this place for any iPhone/iPad or Samsung and other smart phone or laptop or Mac repair need. Thanks !
