Terrible businessman. I reached out over text (like the website says to do) to ask about getting a phone screen replaced and got a quote. He said he just needed to wait until the following day for the screens to come in and he’d contact me. He then went ghost and has just ignored like 4 follow-up texts. I would avoid, very odd business.

I was able to get in touch with Mike and schedule an appointment in under 24 hours and the iPhone repair itself took less than 15 minutes. Truly phenomenal service when you’re in a pinch!

First, address goes to a U-Haul Storage facility, there is no actual storefront. Called twice, couldn’t get a call back, instead they decided to text. Said he had to order the part, didn’t hear from him the following day. Sent a text to check status, no reply until the following day when he stated he was “out of town”. Not a good experience and super poor communication.

I brought in a I iPad for a screen, he fixed it but was dropped later on, and we found out they did not re install retaining plates and screws.
