I had a pet emergency that morning, a sick kid, and I showed up with a geriatric dog in a cone and a shirtless toddler. Regardless everyone from the front staff, techs, assistants, and Dr Houston were very welcoming and professional and making sure the rest of my hot mess crew was okay.
They gave great care and helped me out with my severe dry eye. Highly recommend them!

Wow what a great experience! Ashley was my absolute favorite it was my first time getting an eye exam in many years which can be scary and she made it so easy and made me laugh the whole time! Dr. Houston was incredible & patient as this was my first time ever getting glasses! I can’t forget the exam room under the colorful lights which looked liked stars!! At the end of the visit Vincent helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses! I had a slight issue with the stigmatism portion of my glasses and they happily scheduled me an appointment and was able to fix replace the lenses with no cost which I thought was so amazing! I really do appreciate how professional and knowledgeable all the staff was! Thank you!

I love Prosper Eye Room. I’ve been a customer a few years now and the staff and doctors are always so friendly. My last visit Vincent was exceptional! I came in for prescription sunglasses and he was able to delivered a week early (around 3-4 days from order to delivery). Thanks Vincent you made my vacation that much more pleasant.

I was very impressed with both the staff and Dr. Porter. The staff was exceptionally polite and was able to get me scheduled and checked in with no issues. The office very modern technology that thankfully doesn't require puffs of air into your eye nor having your eyes dilated. Dr. Porter was able to correct my difficult astigmatism prescription that I have been struggling for years to dial in. Turns out that my prescription was almost double what it should have been due to the astigmatism not being accounted for correctly. I now have my near sight back due to lowering my prescription power and can see sharper than ever. Highly recommended!

It has been one of the word customer service I have ever received from a service provider in a long time . I used to game to this place and I loved it. I refer friends I took all my family here with dr Hoover ;however, ever since they expand and dr Hoover is not in charge and some of the clerk left the place is absolutely bad. No sympathy no customer service , they did not even provided me with my prescription . They did not seem interested in helping you to get the right glasses neither explained the diagnosis. Also, they refused to eye drop my daughter eyes and saying the machine will work best ; however , that is optional it seem like they wanted you to pay higher prices. Overall go to the same place in little elm with dr Hoover or make sure she is when you schedule the appointment
