We’ve been with this center since my daughter was 6 months old, and now she’s almost 2. Assistant Director Amber was the reason we chose this daycare. She gave us our initial tour and made such a strong impression with her genuine care for the kids and incredible patience. I still remember seeing her greet a child at the door and carry her inside with such warmth. When my daughter was in the infant room, Amber often helped out and would always cheerfully share updates about my daughter’s progress and little milestones—those moments meant so much to me as a new parent.
The infant room teachers were all amazing. My daughter’s first teacher, Mojgan, went above and beyond. At the time, my daughter refused to take a bottle, and we couldn’t get her to accept one at home no matter what we tried. Somehow, Mojgan worked her magic and helped her adjust—we were truly grateful. Other teachers in the infant room like Shelby, Zanea, and Kristi were also so kind and caring. You can really feel how much they love and care for each child.
My daughter recently transitioned to the toddler room, and her new teacher Haritha has been fantastic—so responsible and attentive. While Haritha is off for the summer, Jaylen has stepped in, and my daughter took to her right away. It didn’t take long at all for her to feel comfortable and happy with Jaylen, which really speaks to how warm and engaging she is.

My children have been attending Prosper KinderCare for nearly a year, and it’s truly been a wonderful experience. From day one, the staff has been warm, kind, and welcoming. The center’s director, Monique, and assistant director, Amber, are always in the loop and communicate clearly about any updates, changes, or needs that arise.
As a parent who was initially hesitant about daycare, I appreciated how they made the transition as smooth as possible. While there were a few bumps along the way (as expected), they were committed to creating a safe, supportive, and positive space for my children to learn and grow.
Although there has been more staff turnover than I would prefer, my kids have not only connected with the staff but have also built great friendships with their peers. If you’re looking for a reliable, affordable daycare with a caring team and a safe environment, I recommend Prosper KinderCare!

My child has attended this daycare for about two years, and I have been really pleased with her development. She has made so many friends, and she has blossomed into a confident, kind, and curious child. I could not be happier with her teachers, and I’m very excited with the direction Prosper Kindercare has gone since Ms. Monique became the director. I know that my child is not only safe and cared for here, but is being intellectually challenged and given the opportunity to express herself creatively. She is celebrated for being exactly who she is ❤️

Prosper KinderCare has been such a great experience for our family! The management is amazing (Ms. Amber and Ms. Monique) super friendly, helpful, and always on top of things. You can tell they really care about the kids and making sure everything runs smoothly.
Every one of the teachers are absolutely wonderful. They’re so patient, loving, and full of energy. Our child has learned so much and comes home happy every day, which says a lot! It feels good knowing they’re in such great hands.
We couldn’t be happier with our choice. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a place where their child will be loved and supported!

Our son attended this facility for about a year.
In the beginning, it was pleasant, our teacher was great. She uploaded pictures, she gave me a breakdown on how his day went every time I picked him up.
So for the better part of a year, I’ve walked in and out of this facility twice a day. Our son turned 3 and was moved to a different class and everything changed.
I’d walk in and a different teacher would be in the classroom or teachers have been shuffled around with no notification to the parents. Recently our son began screaming out before bed time at home.
“No Amber!”, “No hug!”, “No kiss!”.
Amber is one of the directors in the front office!
I gave this situation some Grace at first thinking he was just reacting to something he heard. This continued 3 nights in a row. When I confronted the facility director and began asking questions.
NO ONE SHOWED ANY CONCERN.
The director of the facility began trying to separate “Amber” and my child. Telling me, “shes never in the room with the kids. “I put Amber in meetings from 12-1, so she’s not in the classrooms”.
Then attempting to put the BLAME on another “touchy” kid, whom my son has been friends with for a year or so now. If there was an issue, why is it, this is the first I’m hearing about it.
Overall a very alarming response to my son is telling us “no hug”, “no kiss” and screaming the directors name. They even attempted to say,
“Well maybe her name is the easiest to say”.
Very weird, lastly I’ll say this. Amber the assistant director didn’t say a word to me or attempt to defend herself AT ALL. I know for certain as a caregiver I would assure parents, I’m not kissing their children. Not try to act like you have 0 relationship after a year of attendance and he’s yelling your name specifically.
Be CAREFUL signing your kids up here, the lack of communication and the overall response to our situation is beyond alarming. Our son attends a new school and all of the stress signals are no longer there. BE CAREFUL.

My grandson has been going to Prosper KinderCare for almost 3 years. We just love the staff and it's like a family there the director, Monique and the assistant director Amber and the teachers Shelby, Miss Anna and Mr. Kyle are fabulous. They just treat my grandson so special and would highly recommend the facility to other families. Tim who makes all the food for the children is so special making sure the kids eat healthy.

We love this place! Here they actually engage with the children while also teaching them curriculum. The director and assistant director do a great job and they actually communicate to parents. The infant teachers are the best and do a great job of taking care of my child.

My son attended KinderCare for over a year. The first half was great—I loved his teacher, and everything seemed fine. But after he was moved up a few months ago, things went downhill fast.
Recently, my son started saying, “No kiss, no hug,” followed by a staff member’s name. This was completely new behavior for him, and it concerned me. When I brought it up to the director, I expected reassurance or at least some level of concern—but I got neither. Instead, I was brushed off, and the director acted like this staff member was never around the kids. At no point did they make me feel like my child’s well-being was a priority.
Communication at this center is terrible. You never know which teacher is in your child’s classroom, and they don’t inform parents when something happens. The director even suggested that another child might be bothering my son instead of addressing my concerns properly.
I’m sharing this so other parents are aware. Hearing my son say those words made my heart drop, and the way the situation was handled has completely changed how I see this facility.

Very nice and secure place for the little ones. We went to visit our grandchildren during the holidays and helped with the games. It was fun interacting with them and seeing their smiling faces. Very nice facility and happy it was chosen to be the place my grandkids go to learn, play and learn preschool social skills.

Mr. Kyle is one of the most amazing teachers that we have ever had for our children. He's so kind, patient and attentive. My son comes home so happy everyday because of Mr. Kyle. =)

I had to aggressively contact them for a tour. My first tour scheduled I was a couple minutes late. Literal minutes and was told the director was unavailable. I left my contact information to be called and rescheduled. That didn’t happen. I emailed the director. Rescheduled and it was literally a 5 minute tour that consisted of seeing one hallway a classroom and a playground. I was given no handout materials and told I’d be emailed that day or the next (at the very latest) with slot availability for my child. That was Monday. Still to date I have not heard back from the director / site. I will assume my child isn’t welcomed here. We decided to enroll her in a private early school in Plano. I don’t really consider it a loss as the ciriculum is nonexistent. My daughter is 16 months old and from her previous private school has learned sign language and can household words in Spanish. Their ciriculum would have been going backwards for my daughter as our focal point now is optimizing development in her early stages. While this facility is pretty, I think it’s just that. It’s a literal daycare that will provide the basics of watching your child in your absence. I saw no special designations, doctorates in early childhood education held by the site director or staff so that was also an area of concern. Most tours such as Primrose or Crème will go over the ciriculum and it’s usually a key selling point most centers are proud of. If I just wanted a babysitter I could find an inexperienced teen. I prefer my daughters childcare provider provide an immersive experience to position her for success once her formal education begins. I also had concerns about low staffing as it appears they are hiring and enrolling. Perhaps that is why it is easy to ignore potential clients. I was weary of a “chain daycare” & found Kindercare sustained all of the misgivings I had. It’s fast food daycare. And as such I expect all of the mediocrity associated with that type of service. My husband and I decided easily this is not the facility for our children.

Finding a daycare that felt safe and comfortable was really hard for us when we moved to Prosper. We tried two other places before we found a home here. I love that the staff truly cares about the kiddos and the families. Very well managed.

I struggled to find a daycare in the area that had everything I was looking for. Melissa Pickett the director was very sweet and welcoming. She makes this place feel like home. My son starts this week and they have went over and beyond to help me feel comfortable. I know he's going to love it here.
