We had my sons 4th Birthday party here this weekend and I cannot begin to explain how incredible the experience was. The play area is SO CLEAN, the staff was so kind, helpful, and down to earth they truly felt like a part of the party. All of our family was impressed with how smoothly the party went. Jen took photos while my son opened presents which was just SO sweet and something I will treasure forever. They helped take gifts to the car, distributed pizza and drinks, cut the cake, you name it they were there to help with whatever we needed. We will surely be returning for play time and future birthdays.

we had such a great time for my kids birthday party. We rented the entire facility and every body had a wonderful time.

We used to like it there but can’t see us coming back. Prices have gone too high. The AC is freezing cold and we had to step outside multiple times to warm up, left after 40 minutes.

This is my son’s favorite play place. The staff is so nice and so helpful. Amber especially has gone above and beyond. My son just finished a week of camp here too and loved it!

This place looks like a dungeon and some of the areas are not toddler friendly even though it says it is. Not even close to a “boutique”

Visitors who are not accompanying their child must see this place as a child. It's a great fun area for parents who live nearby. I visited Prosper playhouse with my granddaughter on her birthday. My daughter in law was not aware of the fact that bringing food from outside is not allowed. Although the birthday party couldn't be celebrated however my granddaughter, Mebal, enjoyed it a lot. My son informed me that the playhouse is her favourite place. Concerning the children's ages the playhouse arena is good enough however there's a shortage of places for the accompanying parents. Boutique is not available in its true sense however one can get some clothes in an emergency situation at high costs. Available food for parties and coffee is not expensive nor the playhouse fee. Anyhow this is a blessed place for your child in this hustle life. Some hours of peace in a fast life.

Very bad customer service, as I understanding. Anything works for kids should have a smile face. When I first step into the location, the owner or the employee work to you with ugly face. They don’t want to talk with you friendly and refuse to walk around to see what inside looks like. If you touch anything hang out there, they will stop you. Shame on you have this location.If anyone see the response, please igone. They are liers. only 4 people in facility at that moment. I will not rate 5 starts. I dont want my child to see urgly face, when they go to kids place. They will ask me why these people always unhappy, do they like us.

Nice little play area for kids with a cafeteria and birthday party rooms. Often they have expos and sip and shop events for small and local businesses.
