Have had multiple storage units here for almost two years. I’m paying more than double what I originally signed up for due to price increases that continually occur. The space was originally in pretty good condition but lately it’s looking rough. Gate arms are missing, you can see where trucks have hit things and repairs haven’t been made and it’s always warm in there when it should be a conditioned space. I have plans to pull my stuff out of all my units in the near future. Be warned that your rate will at least go up every 6 months by 50% or more.

I tried accessing my storage and it says access denied even though my bill was not due. Had to call several times to have them refresh their screens and all of a sudden I have access. Building two elevators haven’t been working for over two months. The current gentlemen/associate working there is nice, He needs help desperately !!! however he is only one person. You need to hire another associate for two buildings. I try not to write any reviews because I have never had an issues in the past. 9/20/2024.

Morgan is so friendly and helpful! She was able to get us up and running with our storage unit. She has a great smile and attitude! She is a keeper!

Josh in the Public Storage in Prosper off of Cooke Lane was so extremely helpful when my daughter and I had to get into her locker for extended periods of time. He helped me gain access to the locker (I had all the codes, just didn’t know to slide the bar!) and was so kind during my very busy days. He checked up on me to make sure I was okay. I also saw him throwing away other people’s large trash items. (Come on, people!! Do better!!) The air conditioning makes it very easy to work the unit during Texas’s hot hot summer. If you have storage needs this place ticks all the boxes!

It is a very clean storage inside and out but I can never get ahold of anyone I have never seen someone in the office and have never been able to get someone on the phone outside of one time.
