Horrible. We have not had light by our unit for 6 months. We plan to get out of this place but we had a car accident so that is delaying the moving out process. Do NOT rent from this location. Horrible service. Now the wheels on the carts are falling off

UPDATE : They change the price to double the price every 4 months.they never match or adjust. They are so rude especially their customer service. Please run & do not store there for your convenience and budget.
The guy that I rented my storage unit from reserved me in a storage different from what I chose according to the availability that day then asked me for a fee to change it 30 minutes after renting it & before moving my stuff in , so basically instead of dealing with his mistake and over riding it, he asked me for extra fees for correcting his mistake .

They change the price to more than double every 4 months.
You will be lucky if they increase it every 6 months.
They can’t adjust the price , if they told you this fake fairytale.
Every employee give you a different side of the story when you ask a question.

Matthew and Angela helped us with our move into our storage unit. Angela is very knowledgeable in her job! They’re so amazing great customer service. Storage place nice and clean.
I just can’t say enough about the staff working here at this location. I was in there the other day and needed help with my storage unit and had Matthew help me. I appreciate Matthew so much for taking a few minutes out of his busy schedule to help me with my storage unit.
