Avoid at all cost. Sharon was incredibly rude. We had an appointment and an order, but because the last name was spelled incorrectly I had to go to my car and get my paper. Sharon said she put us back on the list, but we sat and sat as walk in were served before us. She did not put us back on the list, and was extremely rude.

Do not go here place is trash I have an appointment for 2pm been here since 1:50pm it’s currently 2:40pm and people with later appointments have gone before me even walk ins I’m currently the only one waiting now and nobody has come out this is ridiculous shut this place down

So frustrating. I had an appointment previously where blood was drawn but I had to return on a different date with a sample for additional testing. I was given supplies and told that I didn’t need to make an appointment, just stop by any Quest location, knock on the door, and drop off my sample since the orders were already in the system. I stopped by this location to drop off my sample but was unable to get anyone to answer when I knocked on the door. I tried to get a staff members attention when they pulled patients back but they refused to make eye contact or acknowledge me. I then tried to make an appointment on the kiosk but was told there weren’t any appointments for the day and my wait time could be long. I JUST WANTED TO TALK TO A HUMAN. I finally left after standing there unsuccessfully trying to get help for 20 minutes.

The ladies were so nice, professional, and efficient. No complaints. The young lady that helped us was so kind. I loved how she was super careful with my baby boy.

I wish I would have read the reviews, do not go there…until you want to spend your full day or at least half day…you can only talk to machine and there is no human interaction…
They don’t follow the walking queue and not sure on what basis they are calling people…

They treat people like animals. Zero courtesy. They take more appointments than they can deal with.

Delivery car 12280 out at 6:50PM on Windsong Pkway heading toward 380. Almost hit us twice, once turning on to Windsong and once again when turning into Cook Childrens Hospital. The driver aggressively followed us too closely all the way through the residential area where the speed limit is 25mph.
I have the whole incident on dash cam. Please reach out to me about this dangerous drivers actions that put us and our neighborhood in danger in Prosper Texas.

The techs were very professional, however they took some patients who were on the wait list before the patients who had appointments. Still techs were very kind and always kept a smile and welcomed the patients with excellence.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LO ATION. I have never been treated so poorly then I was today and SEVERAL other people who checked in there today were also very upset about how they were treated as well. There was no room in the waiting room and people had to stand outside the door into Walmart. When they called names if you were on the other side of the door and they called your name, you were out of luck. They wouldn't even open the door and call the next patient. I sat there as a walk in for over an hour and a half while fasting and as other walk ins came in, my name kept getting lower on the list and they were being placed in front of me. When I asked the lady anout it she was rude and said she didn't know why that was happening and basically implied that it wasn't her problem. I am fasting, dealing with a migraine and a very bad arthritic flair and about to break down in tears. I had to get these labs done ASAP so I had to schedule at another location and the soonest I could get was in flowermound at 2:20 pm. I am shaking, in tears, while in more pain then anyone should have to deal with and I am mad as heck by the lack of care in Prosper. I will be reaching out to corporate and letting them know what a horrible experiences my morning in Prosper was. I would give them ZERO stars and truly, if this is how you run your business I will avoid Quest at all cost.

It’s was very bad experience from past 3 days I went for drug test, mentioned that finally they don’t have observer for drug test. I am totally frustrated with this center.
