Had to wait beyond my appointment time. What is the purpose of setting up an appointment well in advance weeks ahead? Also, experience with the lab technician was very poor. I can only blame the accuracy of the technician for getting my readings hiked. I would never go to Quest Diagnostics again for my future Biometrics Screening.

I went there for a employer onboarding Drug exam arrive there and signed before 3:00 and was totally disregarded and dismissed by the staff and management stating their cutoff time is at 3:00pm they stated there are no guarantee's it didn’t matter to them that I was there before 3 nor were they sensitive to my mobility needs. I would never recommend this location to anyone as the staff was rude and uncaring even other people in the waiting area couldn’t believe how I was treated. Was there 10/19/23. I’m sad I had to give them a star when they deserved a ZERO!

This location is conveniently located inside the Prosper Walmart. There are two check in kiosks and waiting time is less when have appointment. The waiting area is small and clean. Inside the technicians are polite and provide good services within stipulated time. The blood drawn was smooth and results are available online after some days. There is no need of print requisition copy. No bad experience happened at this quest diagnostic location.

What a waste of time going here! Your only interaction is with a kiosk that may or may not complete your input and generate a number for you. I tried twice on both kiosks- got different responses from each one but never got a number. There’s no one to interact with and whenever the door opens and a technician comes out for the next person they blow off anyone trying to get an answer (“I can only deal with one patient at a time” was the dismissal I heard more than once). After an hour I left. I’ll go back to LabCorp in the future where I know you can speak to a real live person at the reception desk.

I was soooo nervous because I just left my Drs and they couldn't find any veins. I get here and Stephanie mobley put my mind to ease and found not 1 but 2 veins! She really made me feel better! Such a sweet and personable lady!!

Can I give this a negative star rating?HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place. I had to wait for over an hour and in that span they serviced 3 patients between 2 technicians. This is not the first time I had to wait long at this location.

I was hesitant to go here after reading the reviews, but the location and hours were convenient. Everything went smoothly. My appointment was for Saturday in the morning. Quest sent me an email about an hour and a half before my appointment with a link to check in when I arrived in the office. There was only one person sitting in the office when I arrived and another who arrived just after me. I did not need to use the kiosk, but simply clicked one button on the email link to check in. I was called within about 2 to 3 minutes after checking in. The technician seemed pleasant, and I had no problems with the procedure.I recommend bringing a printed copy of the labs even if the order has been sent electronically just in case. Although I did not need the printed copy, the technician asked me to confirm which blood test I needed, and I forgot the name of it, but I was able to pull out the printed copy to confirm that what her electronic order said matched what I needed.

I understand that they could be overwhelmed by overflow of patients. However, how difficult it is to say hello and bye or thank you? I was the only one who gave them greeting like hello and bye, thank you. They never respond to me and no eye contact at all. Very mechanical actions only. Job was done but the whole experience was one of thr worst.

Having been in the service industry for over 30 years, I almost never leave bad reviews. However, this story deserves to be told!I came to the lab a few days ago. After waiting over 30 mins, I saw my name disappear from the wait list. I knocked on the door (as there is no receptionist). When the lady answered, she told me that they had called my name and so I would have to sign in again and go to the bottom of the list. I let her know that I was outside their door... on their waiting bench. She said they came out there and I didn't answer their call. I knew this wasn't true, but I didn't want to make a scene... so I left.I came back today. I signed in and waited on the bench again because the tiny waiting room was pretty full. Once again my name disappeared from the list. I had gone to the bathroom, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and signed back in putting me on the bottom of the list. This time, I vowed to sit in the tiny waiting room and not move. While sitting there a lady came from the lab and posted a paper on the door that said, "No walk-in drug tests today because we are out of supplies." I was glad that I didn't need a drug test.A few minutes later, my name disappeared from the waitlist AGAIN! I knocked on the door six times and no one answered. So, I signed in AGAIN. As soon as a client opened the locked door to the lab area, I grabbed it and went inside. I found a lady and explained what was happening. She said, "We are short staffed and not taking any walk-ins today." I asked why they didn't post that and she told me that they are allowed to post about the drug screen issue, but not this one. ???? Now, I getting irritated. I said, "Why don't you at least announce it to people that sign in then?" She said that she did once, which was probably when I was outside the door waiting on their bench. However, they continued to allow folks to sign in an definitely did not advise anyone that they would not be seen. I did their job and announced it to the other poor suckers sitting in the waiting room wasting their day. Half of the room left.I will not be giving Quest any of my money. So now, I am at LabCorp. It took about 20 mins. Check-in was a piece of cake and I was treated like a customer and a human.

My experience with the lab technician was great! She was fast and friendly, the blood draw was painless.Often times we have to wait extended periods of time for labs, this is something you should plan for in case. If you are waiting for a long time, please remember that it's not the lab technician's fault. Everyone's time is important and they deserve the same respect you would want. Have a great day folks!

Regardless of whether you scheduled an appointment or walk-in, it won't matter. You'll be behind schedule, have walk-ins that came after you get seen before you, it's horrible. Overworked staff or not, if someone comes out to at least INFORM that there will be a delay that'd be somewhat exceptable. But there wasn't any of that in the couple times I've had to walk out because it sent me an hour and a half behind my initial schedule.

This is the worst run business I have ever seen. DO NOT go here. The wait times are ridiculous even if you have an appointment, terrible service. People that "walk in" sit for HOURS. They should not say they take walk ins.

The staff is great, but overworked. The corporate leadership needs to come and see how poorly this location is scheduled.I booked a 1:20pm appointment and was not seen until 2:45pm. I was about to walk out due to waiting that long with a full bladder for a urine screen.I learned they had double booked the appointments today. I also learned this happens regularly. Do not consider this location if you expect to be seen in a timely manner or are a walk-in.
