Literally nothing is in the correct spot makes it hard to shop your BOGO deal if things are constantly in the wrong spot/labeled incorrectly and everything not being included. I left.

Donna was extremely rude and spoke ill about a customer that had just walked out the door. She complained about me getting the shoes off the top rack and told me that I pissed her off and mess up everything because of how I pulled them down, although nothing fell and everything was placed correctly. She should not be in an Assistant Manager position or be on the sales floor at all. As other reviews state as well, not a fan of Donna but the other employee was extremely nice.

If I could give a zero I would, where do I start? I took my daughter here today to get her 2 pairs of shoes had her pick the ones she wanted and made sure they had the buy one get one 50% off tag where they were shelved. That is their advertised deal aside from the mothers day coupon that saves you an additional $20. Went to pay and experienced the most rude human being I have ever met in a retail establishment. Her name was Donna , while being rang up the shoes came to full price on both, while she clearly told me they were listed as buy one get one 50% off, she even showed me on her app on her phone, so I asked why one wasn't 50% off as advertised especially since the more expensive pair was not the pair I expected 50% off from. Mind you my 4 year has now picked out the shoes she wants, tried both pairs on with no help from any staff there and is excited to get them.
The employee donna gets confrontational and cannot explain why the 50% doesn't apply to my purchase coherently. Then She takes the shoes and puts them on a back shelf and says to me well you wont buy them then, while my card is in the scanner and I have conceded to just pay full price to not deal with this rude person, and she walks away and tells me she isn't going to help me. All in front of a 4 year old who is excited to get the shoes she picked out, this was one of the most unprofessional exchanges I have ever seen. After Donna walked away the other lady who worked there grabbed the shoes quickly for me and rang me up so I and my daughter could leave.
I still have no clue why the shoes I purchased were full price ,nor their advertised sale and coupons didn't apply to our purchase. Will never shop there again.

Lombarto is amazing!! He went above and beyond for me!! I was having a hard time doing an exchange at other rack room locations but he was so willing and helpful to assist with me with my exchange and I was in and out with no problem. I will forever give praise and gratitude to him and his store even though it may be out of the way for me. Excellent and honest customer service really goes such a long way!! I really really appreciated his help!

Excellent service! I found the shoes I was looking for and my size! I believe the manager James helped me, he was very friendly and helpful. I’m definitely coming back again.

Very rude employee. Purchased two shoes, one shoe was more then the tag by the shoe in the isle said. Came back in and asked the employee if the price was correct, he accused me of switching the tags in the back. Could have just said looks like it was on the wrong price tag stand, but instantly went to calling me a liar and accusing me. For shoes I had already finished purchasing and walked back in after looking at the receipt.

Very very poor experience-Went in to shop sandals.WHILE I was trying, the assistant manager at the shop for exactly 5 times repeated that I had took the sandals out of the boxes and I was not supposed to take them out like that. He kept on repeating while I was trying and started to arrange and keep them back without asking if I was even done. Extremely bad experience and he didn’t even have the basic courtesy.I stopped trying mid way and went to the counter to order online and they placed the wrong size from I what I asked. I will have to visit the store again tomorrow because of this to request cancellation or exchange to right size.i would say Please go to a different store with better service.

Nice place.Easy access and nice staffs willing to help.I had gone in for the sales but paid more than expected ??.Albeit, i think they may need more than 2 staff members in a place like that, as many customers were finding it hard to reach the tall piles of shoe racks, and while 1 staff manned the till, the other tried attending to all customers needing help reaching the shoes.Generally its a cool place, affordable prices and nice varying brand of shoes to choose from.

First time visiting Rack Room and the service was amazing! We were helped by an older middle Eastern man and he always made sure we were taken care of. Great prices and customer service.
