“I had heard of Rick Baker through our community Facebook page and started to chat with him as I had heard that he routinely encouraged homeowners NOT to sell but rather keep the home and enjoy the profits. Our home is in Windsong Ranch in Prosper and we were in the process of planning for the move to our new home when Rick started sharing his insights.

After Rick's thorough explanation the decision was very easy. He covered all of the points and timelines etc and what we should expect. No discount on the rent plus a TWENTY month lease until June of 2026. The Tenant will pay us $104,000 dollars in rent which is FAR more than we could have hoped for in this market.
