Dont rent from red box. They did not clearly say anywhere on the kiosk that return check out time is 9 PM. and i rented at 11.30 PM and returned next day at 09.04 PM. They charged me additional night. Seriously when you call it daily rental and what is the reason behind a check out time, It is not a hotel and you dont need to clean the DVD to rent it to next person. This is not fair. At least you should put it on Kiosk on bold letters that check out time is. Otherwise how would anyone can read terms and conditions to find out check out time, which is critical part of transaction. It only looks to just confuse customer and take more money than a transparent policy. Please dont rent here.
