Today, I visited Sephora looking for help with a full-coverage foundation that could cover my acne and last all day. Initially, I was introduced to Sai for assistance, but unfortunately, my experience with them was disappointing. Sai seemed more focused on chatting with coworkers about unrelated topics than helping me. When it finally came time to try on foundation shades, there were long periods where I felt ignored, and at one point, I even had to ask if someone was still helping me because Sai was busy doing their hair instead of assisting.
When I tried on the foundation, Sai casually remarked that it might look better with a brush but didn’t offer one for me to try. This was frustrating and left me feeling unsupported and uncomfortable. Eventually, I decided to walk away.
Thankfully, Elle stepped in and turned the experience around. She was kind, professional, and attentive. Elle immediately addressed my concerns and even offered me a brush to try for a full effect, something Sai should have done from the start. Elle’s knowledge and customer service were excellent, and she made me feel valued.
Based on this experience, I feel Sai should reconsider working on the floor if they’re not interested in providing genuine customer service. Sephora is known for its great staff, but experiences like this can really affect customer trust. Huge thanks to Elle for saving the day—she is a gem!

I was shocked to see a few of the bad reviews as I went to write my own. I go into this location often and have interacted with several different employees since it’s open. All of the bad reviews are probably others projecting their own insecurities onto the store and in turn are trying to make the store look bad. The reviews sound very assumptive and defensive. The majority of the employees are women of color, so not sure where the racism is coming from….Everyone is so helpful each time I go in, for me, and the other customers I observe while I’m shopping! Keep doing what you’re doing!

Has nothing in stock. Even the holiday gift sets were sold out. You literally just released them so clearly someone needs to learn how to order. Additionally I asked for my free tote bag and I was told not only did they not have one but they never did. I would expect better for a $300 purchase. Do better Sephora :(

My mother just went in for an exchange, and Nicolle was at the register helping us. She was extremely rude to her, her body language spoke volumes, and represented the store in a horrible manner. I hope whatever is going on with her personal life gets figured out because my mother did nothing to deserve the costumer service she received. Absolutely rude and I for one will not be going back. Praying for your heart, Nicolle!

I recently visited this location to find a new non toxic eye cream. The associate, Dillion (Hopefully I have his name correct!), was absolutely amazing. He asked me all the right questions and introduced me to a new brand that I had not yet heard of. I’m very into learning about nontoxic products and he shared a lot of new information with me that I wasn’t even aware of! He also showed me how I could identify the clean products and what the standards were for the other product lines within Sephora so I can find what I need on my own as well.
He is exceptional at sales and customer service. Thank you so much!

Love that there’s one is prosper and really nice place but never got ask once for help or if ai was doing ok. I walked in needing help finding a new foundation and went to the colony one before and they helped with get new lip stick and liner and it was a great experience but with so many foundations to pick from it would of been nice to some help but no one acknowledged me at all when I was here so wait about 15-20 and asked for help and one lady said I’m sorry I’m with someone I can’t help right now and rushed off. I’m ended up being overwhelmed and left and did t buy anything. I will be going back to the colony one even though prosper is by my house.

I had an amazing experience at Sephora on Wednesday morning, thanks to Anna! I went in to exchange a tint, and she went above and beyond to help me find an even better one than the one I was originally going to settle for. Anna’s product knowledge and patience made all the difference, and I ended up purchasing several items that I absolutely love! She also recommended a gorgeous perfume that smelled lovely, and it’s now on my list to purchase on my next visit. People like Anna are hard to find these days—her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor truly enhanced my shopping experience. Thank you, Anna! I’ll definitely be back for more recommendations.

Victoria is amazing! She helped me find the correct fragrance for sol de janeiro that I’ve been looking for. She also assisted me with my Sephora account and made sure I was taken care of.
She’s very knowledgeable about the products and has exceptional customer service. She should be promoted ♥️

I’ve experienced discrimination at this store multiple times. The store associates do not ask if I need help. I was waiting in line and I was up next but the lady asked the girl behind me if she wanted to check out with her. It is very unfortunate since I live around the area and I never felt racism at Sephora except at this location

I always had a very good and helpful experience from this place,however something happened today, the employees were uncooperative and rude and I was looking for help because I work for Doordash.Before this , they were so polite and helpfull.
