I want to take a moment to recognize and truly appreciate an associate at Sephora. Shurooq went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. She perfectly color-matched me and thoughtfully suggested products that worked beautifully for my face. I attended a wedding that same night and received so many compliments!
Every time I visit Sephora, I usually struggle to find help or someone with the patience to guide me through my entire shopping experience — but Shurooq was different. Her kindness, expertise, and attention made all the difference. I will definitely be coming back just to see her!

Store manager named “Ash” is completely rude. Sephora should have manager that’s kind, I had the worst experience.

I received a brand-new Sephora gift card as a gift, but when I went to use it in-store, the adhesive seal on the packaging peeled off several of the printed numbers. This happened because of the way the card is made, not from misuse. The barcode is still perfectly intact and scannable, but the store refused to use it and told me to call Sephora customer service.
When I contacted Sephora support, they told me the card was “damaged” and could no longer be used—offering no help, no explanation, and no solution. Their packaging caused the damage, yet they refused to honor a valid, activated gift card.
Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and accountability. Sephora should stand behind their products, especially when the issue is caused by their own faulty gift card design.

Went in last night, didn’t realize they were closing. Was created at the door and told 4 minutes, I said okay we will make it short, walked a few steps and was passively aggressive told 3 minutes by this older lady.. completely understand that it’s closing time, but if you want to close the doors exactly at 7 then actually close the door ten minutes prior to closing.. no need for all that, didn’t buy anything because of that. I have worked retail for over a decade, and understand that you want to go home. The issue is that every few steps we were being told of how much minutes we had left. Over the last few years I have felt unwelcome in Sephora, I used to love shopping here and the experience. The bar is set so low for customer service reps now.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Gianna at the Sephora in Prosper for giving me such an incredible experience yesterday. She was so patient, kind, and truly listened to everything I said during the color match process. Not only did she match me perfectly on the first try (which has never happened before!), but she also gave me great product recommendations and tips that made me feel way more confident doing my makeup at home.
The whole staff inside was so pleasant and welcoming, everyone had great energy from the moment I walked in. It honestly made the entire visit such a good vibe. I’ll definitely be back and will be asking for Gianna again next time!

I wish i could give this location zero stars. My experience with this location was so BAD that I will never set foot into another Sephora ever again. First off, when you walk in you are BOMBARDED with sales people wanting to sell you skincare. And the sales pitch is anything but short. It’s ridiculously long. But i respect that this is their job so we listened to her. I brought my daughter in for her 20th bday to get presents for her. We had just walked in laughing and talking when we are interrupted with the sales pitch. My daughters were still laughing about THEIR CONVERSATION WITH ONE ANOTHER when the middle eastern sales lady accused them of laughing at her accent!!! I do not feel comfortable with my children being accused of being racist and I will not go into this store ever again. When I confronted anyone else about it they claimed the manager wasn’t there and i still haven’t heard back which tells me they think this racist behavior is ok with them. I see many reviews about this location being racist and apparently they are. Totally ruined our shopping experience today.

I came on Friday 9/5 just to be told that they were closed. It was 7:40pm and they close at 8. The man/woman who told me they were closed was very rude about it. There were 2 more people who also tried to go in and got told they couldn’t because they were closed. One of the ladies had a pick up order and couldn’t get her order. They said they were closed “because of the storm.” The storm had passed for about 15 minutes and it was lightly rainy. Doesn’t make sense. There was another lady working too that was also rude. So unprofessional.

Work on your customer interactions. I asked one simple question and she went ahead and said “over there, obviously where the picture of her face is”
I literally never got to Sephora so for her to give me attitude is just uncalled for

I needed new foundation because my old one wasn’t cutting it and Bri was absolutely amazing. She gave me different options and found my perfect shade. I would have guessed they made commissions the way she was helping. Seriously out of the park service and so so kind!! Ask for Bri if you ever need help color matching!

I love Sephora, but this location is not it if you’re looking for a welcoming and friendly experience. With my toddler in tow, I came in to grab one quick item and expected a simple checkout. Instead, the associate at the counter (Ashley) made me feel rushed and dismissed. While I was clearly pulling up my rewards barcode in the app, she kept asking over and over if I had an email or phone number, as if my pace was an inconvenience.
It was frustrating to feel like common courtesy wasn’t extended just because I was making a small purchase. Shopping with a toddler is already a juggling act, and the lack of patience and politeness made the experience unnecessarily unpleasant.
This is my closest Sephora, but after this I’ll be driving to Frisco where I know I’ll actually be treated with the level of customer care Sephora is known for. Hopefully this location can work on creating a more welcoming atmosphere, because no customer should feel like they’re a burden for taking a moment at the register.
