David M. at the Prosper store was amazing! He answered all of our questions with amazing knowledge and insight. Not once did we feel pressure from him because he was so down to earth! Thank you David for assisting us with the process of buying our SleepNumber bed!

Justin was awesome. He helped me with all my niche questions and gave me some great recommendations. The only downside is there isn't much inventory in stock at their location, but it is a great place to find out if the mattress or pillow is right! Definitely a recommend.

Great experience at the Prosper Store JT and Justin were very helpful. We didn’t feel pressured into anything they answered all of our questions and even provided some really helpful tips. The whole experience was worth it!! This is our first Sleep Number and we are beyond excited.

Truly enjoyed our experience with the Prosper team. The store manager went above and beyond. We didn’t realize how poor our sleep experience was with our existing mattress. After our number was set, it was hard not falling asleep in the store. Can’t wait to try out our P6!!

Great experience, the staff was very knowledgable on their products and was very easy to work with to customize a bed that was tailored to our needs. I purchased my sleep number bed a few months ago. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Lacey was very helpful in explaining all the features of the the different models and helping me choose the perfect mattress. I have always struggled with sleep in the past and am finally getting better quality sleep. My only regret is waiting this long to purchase!

This bed is nothing like what is advertised! It is so uncomfortable. They give you the run around if you try to return it. Its is by far the worst matress we have ever had. We are sticking wirh it to make our money worth burt we havent had a genuinely good nights sleep since we purchased it. Ho is this company still selling this trash!

First I love my bed(s), they are the most comfortable I have ever owned! I also have one for my RV, it fits perfectly and was easy to install. I also have bought sheets, blankets and pillows, all very high quality! Second I have worked with Jenny, she is the most professional sales person Ive ever met. She has quickly and thoroughly answers any questions I have. Her knowledge of the product line is exceptional. I like that she checks in on me and lets me knows about specials, without salesy pressure!! If this matters to you, Jenny is your gal and you’ll be well taken care of!!

This is my second sleep number bed. I loved my first one so much that I bought a new one after 20 years. The customer service I’ve received from Jeanne has been top notch. I have had several follow up calls since my purchase in September of 2021. My daughter purchased one after me and loves hers as well.

I had the best experience at this Sleep Number store! The sales lady was very informative and knowledgeable about the beds. The sales lady was very upfront about warranties, exchanges and returns.I enjoyed the process of trying the beds out. I felt very comfortable with the bed I picked out and purchased.
