I like Starbucks, but I order almost the same thing every time, simple. Coffee Frappuccino with whip, and now we go with light ice, or it tastes like watered-down coffee. It always tastes different. I liked it much better when there was a Frappuccino mix already done.

The team there is always so nice and bubbly. I have to leave a raving review for Angie/Angela. I was in a rush to work and accidentally ordered for pick up on the app for the wrong location. I didn’t realize it until I was there to pick it up. She still offered to make my drink and didn’t charge me. This was superior customer service and it made an unfortunate situation a positive experience. Thank you!!!

I have to say the service was good as well as the atmosphere. I feel bad for the employees because this new reward program from Starbucks is a scam. It's borderline unethical knowing what people across this country spend on a cup of coffee. The food menu is now literally non-existent, and not like it once was full of choices vegan and non-vegan. Last item, how do you have a shortage of drink stoppers? Crazy.. smh ? ?

Well, it is Starbucks! I used to be a regular! Now I learned I can buy a better cup of coffee locally and support local businesses. A $7 cup of coffee is ridiculous!
