Stylist English so poor , very difficult for her to understand customer request. Overall the cut turned out O K but would not use her again. This is not criticism but observation for her own good.

Worst haircut of my life. Checked in online for a walk in appointment where I booked a haircut and shampoo. I arrive and am seated where this woman cuts my hair completely dry in 15 minutes. I had very long straight hair down to my lower back and even after requesting to keep it as long as possible, it’s now at my upper back. Not only is it now WAY shorter, it’s also completely uneven!! I’m going to have to go pay to get it fixed somewhere. Just an all around bad experience. I would put the name of who cut my hair but I can’t even tell you because she didn’t introduce herself!! Do not make the mistake of going here—I thought they were getting better but apparently not!
