My wife visited Supercuts and goes to Maribel. Like most of these shops, the help comes and goes, but Maribel seems the most stable a capable for now. Price keeps going up, but seems as all prices are going up.

The stylist rushed it so fast in cutting my hair, she finished in 6 minutes and I told her to shorten more on the sides and make it even on the crown, she was not willing to listen, even after requesting for 2 times, she didn’t do it. She left my hair in crown area so uneven. She didn’t seem very professional and friendly. We didn’t have bad experience like this at this location before. But I am thinking not to visit this location again.

has appeared to have turned into only wanting quick and easy in and out hair cuts. Countless times I have called to make an appointment, which started after COVID, to get my hair colored and the tone from whomever answers the phone is as if it's a burden. They don't color on weekends anymore, which they used to do, or are too short of staff. Today, the staff kept saying they don't do walk-ins even though I started with wanting to make an appointment and again, with the woman saying they do not having enough staff. I've even tried to make it so simple, to not put anyone out, with just a touch up and not cut or blow dry. This store is very close and convenient to where I live and the unfriendliness and unwillingness to work with customers after today's call has sadly made me have to walk away. If your store does not want to color hair, then directly state that; the phone customer service has definitely declined over the past few years.

Alliayah was amazing and so patient with me! I didn’t know what I wanted and she listened to my concerns and suggested something to try. I don’t get my hair done often because I’ve hated some of the cuts I’ve had in the past and it always makes me nervous but I LOVE this one. Best choice I made today. Thank you!

Just got the best haircut that I have had in a long time from Lena. She did an amazing job taking the time to texturize my very thick hair. In the past, have paid $60 plus tip and not had such a good haircut. I would definitely recommend Lena!

I wouldn't go here again nor recommend it to anyone.Firstly, I signed up online for an appointment and they took people who hadn't even checked in the kiosk before. I waited an hour after my appointment time to be called up.Finally, The lady who was cutting my hair probably just had a smoke. It was incredibly difficult to breathe while she was cutting my hair! Nail in the coffin - she did a horrible job at cutting my hair. When I asked her to trim is further, she said that's as far as my fingers would go and wasn't going to trim further.New to Prosper/ Celina and I'm finding a new place to go next time for sure!Services: Haircut

What is the point of checking in on the wait list if they are going to accept walk ins first? We had an appointment for 11:15am, it is now 11:33am and we have still not been seen. Meanwhile, someone who just walked in without an appointment is taken back. Make it make sense. Side note, we have been trying for over a week now to be seen and each time we come in this has happened. Corporate needs to get involved and have some customer service training on their own system with their staff. Ridiculous.
