Car wash great however the auto and lube service side needs attention. Need Customer service training for the employees. No greetings, no eye contact just looks as they were tired or upset .. not just one , but all of them… hope they get it together …

I lLOVE this place. My husband and I pay for the monthly car wash and use it almost every day. Super Splash Prosper has the BEST employees! I have seen the same guys and girls here since it opened. I am always greeted with a big smile and a wave from the guys that help you get in the car wash. I have never had a problem here and we have been coming here for at least 1 1/2 years. You guys rock! Oh and they opened a new car was 2 miles from house but i will continue to drive to Super Splash Car Wash. ??

I was happy when they opened and have done such a great job. Clean, great service, great staff. I have also used the service bays for oil change on both cars.

Their car wash ripped the luggage rack off of my car. They acknowledged that it was done there and they found the broken luggage rack in the car wash. They told me they assume no responsibility and my only option was to come pick up the broken piece. They didn’t apologize or even offer me a free car wash. I would not recommend taking your car there. They will refuse to repair any damages they cause.

I will never take my car anywhere else!! Omar and Cesar have always provided me with the best customer service and for the past couple of years I’ve always been able to count on them to take good care of me!!

Have had both of my cars on monthly passes since last summer. Each month the quality gets worse! Excessive soap remains on the car, the wheel roller places nasty brown residue on tires and wheels and system routinely fails to catch the Lic plate for automatic raising gate. Expressed my frustration today and got a highly unprofessional verbal smack down from the attendant at the gate! They clearly DONOT understand or offer quality customer service! Go elsewhere!!!

my first time coming here…. Very unsettling and sketchy experience. I reached out to the Ford dealership to get an opinion on what occurred here while I was getting my oil changed, car inspected and cleaned. Ford dealership told me what happened, should not have happened and the wash is at fault. I get my car washed/detailed monthly and never have I been walked back to my car with a dead battery because the wash attendants failed to turn my car off fully while cleaning it. I will not be returning to this place, I should’ve paid more attention to the negative reviews left for this place.

Didn't have an appointment, but they don't require one, Yay! Convienent for me. I came here for a required state car inspection, was 3rd in line on a Friday morning 9am, little busy over all. Wasn't bad of a wait though (especially since I was a walk in client). Paid $25.50 (passed) AND it included a FREE car wash! Can't beat that deal. All staff are knowledgeable, hard working and considerate. 5/5 highly recommend.
