I typically love shopping at Target. I know I could find 90% of the merchandise cheaper at a store like Walmart but I typically choose Target for the customer service. However this location has the rudest and incompetent staff I have ever experienced in my 20+ years shopping at Target. Not only are the cashiers rude and unfriendly, they seem to never take the red tags off the clothes I buy. Multiple times in a row btw. And then when I bring it in to get the tag removed, they treat me as if I have stollen something before even giving me a chance to show my receipt. While trying on clothes in the dressing room it's not uncommon to hear the workers belittling customers on everything from their clothing size and style choice to the customers perceived audacity because not every customer puts the clothes back in the store themselves. You are supposed to leave it on the table outside the dressing room, but the workers give the impression that they were expecting the customer to their job by putting everything back on the rack. I have heard multiple employees complaining very loudly about their jobs including pay, the work they do, customers they deal with etc. Now it is not my greatest ambition to work at Target and I can understand that money is tight for a lot of people, however I do not think it's appropriate for the staff to loudly complain where customers can hear. I hate leaving bad reviews but this place deserves it.

I asked for a refund on product I never received, and it was a huge problem. Jared the store manager is not nice at all. I called HR Ryan Clayton and he never responded to my calls. Terrible service, one of the worst targets I've ever been to. I highly suggest going to frisco target or McKinney instead. Very disappointed.

I’ve always loved Target and have been shopping here for years, but I really miss how it used to be about 12 years ago. Back then, it felt more personal and relaxed. The store layouts were simple, the prices were better, and there was this cozy, friendly vibe that made shopping enjoyable. You could walk through the aisles and actually find unique home décor, seasonal items, and cute clothes without everything feeling rushed or overly commercialized.
Nowadays, it feels more like a fast-paced department store than the calm, easygoing Target I used to know. Don’t get me wrong…. it’s still clean, organized, and full of good stuff. The employees are usually friendly and helpful, and the selection is huge. But there’s something about the old Target that felt special, like it had its own charm and personality.
I still shop here often because it’s convenient and reliable, but I do miss that older Target vibe, the one where you could browse for an hour and feel like you found little treasures instead of just checking items off a list.

What is going on here??? I placed a pickup order for early this morning. When I arrived no one came out and no one at ANY extension was answering the phone. I waited for 20 minutes then eventually drove home. After finally getting in contact with someone in the HR office I was told someone with a different DIFFERENT NAME picked up my order, and acted like it was no big deal. How is this possible??? Now I have to request a refund and physically go pickup my items since I don’t trust this team anymore. Someone is clearly lying and it’s VERY odd.

Hate this place. Always stop selling what I like and what’s actually good. They sell an over abundance of things no one cares about. The person in charge of inventory needs to be fired. Just about always get pick up orders wrong. 1 out of 10 stars.

This is the slowest Target in the nation for order pickups. What is the problem! I may live in the neighborhood near this Target, but I swear I will NEVER place an order here again. Why does it take 3 hours to get 4 bars of soap! Then there’s the problem of items out of stock. I will never come here again.

Athena, in self check out was amazing. I was on the verge of never shopping at target again, but because of her excellent customer service I might continue to shop there.

I give a 2 because this store always has low stock. Besides that the employees are helpful and always check in the back for me if I ask for something. There is one worker in particular named Armon. He has helped me several times and is always very helpful, kind, and respectful, something that I really appreciate because friendly customer service can be a bit harder to come across these days.

Literally the WORST Target 🎯 in the entire Dallas area. They never have anything in stock even if the app says they have “ 10 in stock “ it could be the most simplest things and they don’t have it. Such a waste of space being open. I live in Prosper and this is the closest location but 9/10 I end up in Frisco Target to get what I need it’s a joke at this point. Whoever is in charge of inventory needs to be fired !! clearly they are incapable of doing simple things like ordering items. 0/5!
