I couldn't be happier with the service I received! They took care of every detail after my collision, coordinating with insurance (zero expense for me!) and arranging the rental car. Their communication about the repair progress was excellent, and the repairs themselves were flawless. They went the extra mile by detailing the car beautifully and even suggested returning my rental for me. A truly stress-free and perfect experience.

We have 7 vehicles in our family and have taken several of them to TBS over the years. We waited for days to be able to drop a truck off, and then were supposed to get a call when they were looking at it (which didnt happen). When we called them to find out what's up, we were told they wont work on the truck because its lifted. When we went to pick it up one of the techs mentioned they work on lifted trucks all the time. So not sure what's up, but we have wasted days of time and effort waiting on them. Very disappointed. The service manager is a guy who sits in his office alone wearing a face mask-- it seems the culture of our local body shop isnt the same anymore.

Took forever to get a simple job done and communication was horrible. 1 day later, my wife is driving down the Preston in traffic and her car just died. It's a brand new vehicle vehicle that only had a little cosmetic paint damage to repair, and now this... Total joke of a place - don't take your car here!

TBS Prosper made fixing my car an amazing experience! The manager Tony, had excellent customer service and made the transaction seamless. No one likes having to deal with car repairs, but they made it 100x better. As long as I live in the area and need work I will be going here. Recommended it to friends and family as well. Thanks TBS!

Review of The Body Shop in Prosper Tx
After my Lexus GX470 SUV received some severe damage to the left front, it got placed in the care of The Body Shop in Prosper, Texas.
Lee, my initial contact, was very courteous and took careful notes of my requirements. Subsequently, they introduced me to Mr. Colby Jones, one of their long-time technicians, who would handle my vehicle.
Colby was one of the most affable and professional people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I am a WWII survivor and my car is my lifeline. Colby kept in touch with me during the entire process. The weather was terrible during this time with freezing temperatures, making it difficult to forecast a delivery date for completion. Finally, Colby sent me a message: the car was ready.
On arrival, the beautiful job done on my car absolutely stunned me. I had spent 21 years properly maintaining my car and seeing the quality of work The Body Shop had completed-it was like seeing a brand-new car. Even the paintwork was a match of the original from 21 years ago. Amazing! I can see why Colby is one of their long-time technicians. A truly skilled artisan. Ask for Colby.
I imagined The Body Shop easily featured like the TV show, Counting Cars.

Very disappointed was told to drop a car, and then when I called again to ask for a time, I was told you can’t drop and have to wait for at least 7 days, this is really unacceptable when one of your staff promises you one thing and another staff doesn’t keep it. Very bad customer service.

10/10! I worked with Lee! He was amazing with giving me updates when I asked and was honest about time frames! They all did such a great job repairing my vehicle. It looks brand new! Would highly recommend. I hope to never have to use them again but if I do need a repair again, this is where I’m going.

Business seems very shady. I made an appointment with them for an in person estimate for repairs while I wait for the Progressive adjuster to get back to me. They told me that the estimate and the repairs can all be handled between them and Progressive because they are “in network”. I told them I want an estimate first as their website clearly states that they do in person estimates, but they canceled my appointment

Took my vehicle in for repair after fender bender. They are an authorized body shop for my insurance. Didn’t need to get an appraiser. They will also setup rental car to you pick up as well.
Friendly staffs. I hand them my key, The claim manager assessed my car and I am off to pick up my rental.
Will update again when it’s time to pick up.

We typically use Service King or Caliber on our vehicles and based on the last time we used one of the two we felt a need to look for a second option. The Body Shop is locally owned, operated and is second to none as far as service and quality. I dealt with Lee as a service writer, the front office staff and they are excellent. The work was completed prior to when they told me it would be and the quality is great. We will be using this firm for the foreseeable future.

Took my truck in for repairs and my service advisor Angel did a fantastic job with communicating, keeping cost at the amount quoted and also delivered it when completed! I would highly recommend TBS Prosper location to anyone needing automotive work!

Excellent service. Completed our car repairs before the projected end date. Was even given a life time guarantee on the paint work! They also coordinated our car rental and we were picked up on site and we dropped the rental off with them when we picked up our car at completion and they coordinated with Enterprise to pick it up.
