This Home Depot has some of the best and most attentive staff around. Kendra and John were extremely helpful. The store is a bit small especially the seasonal laydown area, wish they had more Patio/Holiday items

I’ve spent more time going to this store to find out what I was looking for, that they show in stock, is not even at the store. The employees helping just keep saying it must have been stolen. They do inventory once a year so they have no idea what they have and what they don’t. They claim they can’t update the inventory to show zero so more will be sent so they just keep walking by empty shelves. How pathetic, get a clue or shut the store down!

Like this local Home Depot - most of the items are in stock. Sometimes feel lack of on-floor associates for helping the customers. Have wide range of garden accessories and plants. Clean store and ample parking spots. Return center or the order pick up area are neat but need at least 2 associates because of long line. Occasional Sale items also less compared to other Home Depot stores.

Been a customer for over 30 years and our most recent experience was so bad we will no longer be shopping at any of their stores.We moved in June and had to order a new exterior door with a doggie door which we have done before and the ordering process went smoothly. After that it was all downhill.We were lied from the beginning on the timing of the doors arrival what was supposed to be 4 weeks actually took 12 weeks. We learned through the process that they knew they had issues but kept telling us it will be in next week.When we went to the store the Manager was indifference and basically told us if we were happy then cancel the order. Then told us it would be 2+ weeks to get our $1200+ back. We contacted corporate and they didn't do anything but send us back to the store which obviously does not good when the store is the problem.Needless to say worse experience ever and if they would have been honest upfront, we could have made a better decision.

Very nice well-stocked store. Friendly and helpful employees with lots of great advice. Good prices - got everything we needed. Plants are really healthy looking with lots of options for indoors and seasonal outdoors.

Let me just say the entire store is staffed with the most willing to help people I've ever come across. From the teenager to the retiree filling time, there's never been anyone "hating life" while I was there. I love this location because of that alone. And if course they have everything you need for whatever job you're working on!

4 times I have been here to get flooring. The sales ppl have always been too busy talking to each other. Once one called another to come help and left, the other person never showed up. Taking my money to Lowe's. And NO, 11am on a Tuesday is not a busy time in flooring. I know, I was the only non-employee over there.

Last night we purchased a new fridge at the Prosper Home Depot. It was a great experience! The store is very clean and the gentleman who helped us was very informative and helped point out features on the fridges we were interested in. The overall experience we felt great about our purchase and the amount we paid. It’s also awesome that you can pay $50 for them to take your fridge from home!

Don't go here if you end up needing an item that is stocked on top shelf where they need a scissor lift. Took forever. Ended up abandoning what we really wanted and settled for another item

Went to search through the garden department. Looking for shade and flowering trees, there was a decent variety to choose from ,and found what I was looking for. Service was great and plants have inspired some landscaping ideas.

I have been shopping at this store for past 2 years and always had pleasant experience. But in last 3 days, I had 2 bad experiences both of which are in lumber department.On 7/14, I went to store at 8:50 PM and picked lumber. An associate was helping me cut the lumber. He had already cut 3 and we had few more to do. At 9:25, lumber coach Ozzy instructed the associate to stop cutting stating the saw machines close 1 hour before store closing. There is no mention about this in the store or near saw machine. The associate was surprised as he never knew this and another associate didn’t knew it either. Who would stop when they are in middle of helping a customer? It would have taken another 10 minutes to complete while they were unwilling to help. I returned the next day morning to see all my selection put back and I had to shop another 30 minutes to pick the lumber and get it cut. I complained next day to Mr Green and he also didn’t knew that there is any rule stating saw machines close 1 hour before. Even if it’s true, they could clearly mention it near saw machines so that customers can be aware and don’t have to waste their time shop around and not get the job done.On 7/16, I went again in the evening and picked couple of lumber and needed only 4 cuts. Ozzy was the only one there and I asked him if he can cut. He refused immediately and stated he has a big order to take care. I asked because it’s only 4 cuts, he can complete before working on big order as saw machine was empty. He told No. i asked if someone else can help and answer again was No. I spoke to Associate manager Daissey who understood the problem and heard me out. But she asked Ozzy to help and this time he reluctantly cut without putting any effort to do it right. He did it in 2 minutes leaving rough patches. It was so unprofessional.It seems like they don’t care for customers any more. It was so disappointing experience and I’m seriously thinking to avoid shopping at this store as I can shop at different stores rather than going to this store which seems so unwelcoming.

Worst experience ever. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I bought a refrigerator 2 months ago, with the extended warranty. After 1 month it broke and we had to throw all of our food out. 9 days later it was finally repaired and a month later the same issue broke and we have to throw all of our food out again. Samsung can't fix it so they hired a third party to try to repair it. We've waited 5 days to hear this and now we're waiting to schedule the technician from this random company to come try to fix it. Home Depot won't replace it until Samsung deems it unrepairable. So for 2 weeks we have lived out of a cooler with ice in it after spending almost $3,000 on a refrigerator and warranty. I will never shop with Home Depot again.

My van went down; so I called home depot to reserve a rental truck. Here's the breakdown. $150 depsoit, no toll fees, no mileage charges, return with a full tank of gas and I was done. The trucks and vans rent fast; while I was checking out 2 people asked for the truck I secured. ( the last one)

We went in to see some appliances because we are buying a new house. The lady in that department was very nice and very helpful. She printed us up a page of everything we wanted so we could take it home and discuss it. We will be back to buy the appliances.
