I tried canceling multiple times but they are worst then trying to cancel a gym membership. I was charged multiple times and they won’t do refunds but they sure know how to take money without rendering any services. That’s theft to me. Poor quality service as well. Less than 5 Min service to pop your back and neck only. That’s all they do. No thanks.

Went in for an adjustment and left in pain in an area that wasn’t hurting when I walked in. After thinking on it for a couple days I messaged them on May 1 to cancel my membership. They responded I had to come in person to cancel my membership. I advised them I wasn’t coming in to make a scene and my written request to cancel should be sufficient. I also canceled the card they had on file. Now a month later they somehow charged me another membership fee even though the card they had on file was canceled. So I guess I have to go in and cause a scene to not only cancel this membership but get a credit back on a canceled card…

Stopped in at about 6:35. Was greeted at the counter with "sup"? The door clearly says "open till 7pm" and signage + online advertisements are "$29 first visit" . He told me it would cost $118 and that they couldn't help me today. Sounds like false advertisement to me. If you're open, you're open. Why am I being chased away? Will wait two days for a response before submitting to TX AG for misleading advertisement.

My first time ever getting adjusted so I was really nervous going in. Chiropractor was very patient and walked me through everything to make sure I was comfortable. Will definitely be coming back!

It's great to have The Joint for ease of getting adjusted without all the appts and usual office hours. The extended hours of operations is helpful. So are the many locations.At this location in Prosper on University Dr., you have an amazing doc that knows how to use the Activator. He has the magical hands that can do wonders. Many chiros use the tool, but if they're not trained on full Activator protocol, they wouldn't hit the right angles to be effective or at the right amount of pressure.Aside from knowing how to adjust manually, he also knows how to use the tool well. If you never seen a chiro before, this is the one to see. If you have and didn't have good results, try Dr. McIver.After having 30+ chiros in the past 7+ years both at this franchise and private offices, not many know every other trick to adjust well. When you have a difficult body to work with, it's a challenge for many pros.He's good with kids and adults. Quite knowledgeable in more than one topic. If he doesn't know something, he will tell you straight up. If he knows what to refer you to, he will.Jordan at the front desk is always nice and helpful. His laid back vibe makes you more laid back.Thank you everyone at The Joint. I appreciate the nice staff.

the staff is excellent!! very professional and friendly. From the guy at the reception to the doctors, the attention they give makes you feel like the most important person in the world. very concerned about the improvement of the client. They inform us well about prices and treatments. They have the best prices for the quality of service they offer and are open every day and extended hours. you guys are really amazing, the best!!

I was so happy when the Dr. Called out for me and walk me through the process. She was so nice and had me worked on. She also recommended where I could do evaluations to see what was actually wrong before treatment. From the Front desk to the Dr. they were all nice. Thanks

Where do I start, every Sunday when I walk in Robert always remembers our name without fail. With so many members, I’m not sure what we did for Robert to remember our name but my boys feel like a VIP! We usually come during the week to visit Dr.Cat and Ben, however Robert’s friendly face is always there to welcome us on Sunday and along with Dr.Nevils we love coming on Sunday. I love this location because of the staff! You won’t regret going. Their care and friendly faces keep us healthy and coming back

Where do I begin.working in the healthcare field myself I believe Bedside manners are very important. I had walked in with my mother to hopefully get her an adjustment . Walking in I understand it’s aggravating having to work on a Sunday but show a smile or at least a welcoming voice. Robert the front desk was not welcoming. He had looked at us like we were bothering him as soon as we walked in “new patients eh ya umm it’s gonna be awhile” we were okay with the wait but offered to come back… but with the attitude he showed was already skeptical. Word of advice for the owner! Get friendlier staff or teach them how others should be treated.

I took my father in law for his lower back pain. The doctor and the staffs are very nice. The lady at the reception desk is very helpful.
