“Very easy donation process, and the staff are very kind. I don’t mind the prices being a little higher than some resale shops in the area as the proceeds go to helping families pay their rent, or keep their utilities on, or furnish their homes, or provide food for thousands. They certainly aren’t the most pricey in Collin County. Definitely worth a visit when there’s a 20% discount ON EVERYTHING on Mondays. Who else does that?!? I’ll keep donating and making purchases because I understand ACO’s mission.”

I do make purchases and I just have to say one thing about one of your cashier employees. Every time that I go there I'm always make a point to go to Elizabeth if she's checking people out because I have never been to a Goodwill that I've been so pleased with the service, the smiles, and the kind words that I've ever got from her. She is a one of a kind so don't lose her.”
