“I stopped by to return some boxes I purchased earlier in the week. The facility's pretty clean and the staff was friendly. The return process could've been a bit better. The person helping me almost refunded the amount to another person's card (she mistyped the store number), but because I'd asked if it was going back to ABC card and she said no, it's going back to 123, we were able to catch the mistake before the transaction was finalized. Outside of that near miss, everything else seemed okay.”

“The full super heavy duty vehicle was full to it maximums, made it over the Rockies without an issue, the maximum flat speed 73ish might be it only drawback, safety first! Moving companies are a ripoff; hire loaders and unloaders and U-Haul is the way to go, period.”
“I scheduled movers through u-hauls 3rd party system and they never showed up (JH moving solutions). Thank God Victor and Cole were willing to help me after they got off work. They were so polite, didn’t rush and took great care of my furniture while moving it to the truck. These are the kind of people who we need more of in this world. Thank you guys so much!!”

“I booked online and also added an appliance dolly. But when I picked up the truck, they said they don’t have any appliance dolly available. So they gave me another 8-mile away U-Haul address which that location has. Then I got one there. Another good thing about this location is, since I am the only one drove my car, and I also need to drive the U-haul truck away, they allowed me to park my car in their customers parking lot for long time even overnight. The 2nd day morning when I dropped off the truck, my car was still in the customers parking lot safely.”

“Rented in Houston. Rental truck was newer, clean, and powerful enough to drive Texas Highways at 75-80 MPH. Under 10 MPG at that speed but I appreciated a truck designed for today's highways.”
