Rented in Houston. Rental truck was newer, clean, and powerful enough to drive Texas Highways at 75-80 MPH. Under 10 MPG at that speed but I appreciated a truck designed for today's highways.

Moving time is always a stressful time and I wanted to give a five star review for Matt at this location. He took the situation from this location and made it right. I rented a 10 foot truck and the engine light was on when I brought the truck back and told him about it and they looked at the truck. They immediately fixed the problem for me thank you, Matt!

If I could give zero stars, I would. We reserved a 6x12 closed trailer. Went to pick it up, and they’d rented it out to someone else even though we had a reservation. They gave us a much smaller trailer, 5x8 and we had to pay the same rate as the larger trailer we had reserved. We won’t be renting from here again, so unethical.

Their phones are always routed to the central hub. This makes asking questions about my storage unit extremely difficult.
The price of my 5x10 (I measured and it wasn't the full 5x10 either) more than doubled in the 3 years I was there.
The elevator is slow, and they have an audible alarm that is deafening and goes off almost every time I'm there.
I suggest renting from somewhere else.

Renting a U-Haul truck can be a chaotic experience to say the least. Our recent experience was no different. That said, the guys worked hard to get us what we needed. They were friendly and professional which made the experience much better than it could have been. Most importantly, after returning the truck, they worked to ensure we only paid for what we used. This location is busy so expect some chaos but the guys will take care of you.

Matthew the manager has amazing customer service. Uhaul is extremely Veteran Friendly,. Great rates, great customer service, and supplies. I have seen a change for the better since Matthew came there. ALL VETERANS GOTO THIS UHAUL

You charged me for two days. Why?? I returned the trailer the same day with just a few hours of renting it. Your associate asked me to take it all the way back to the same spot and I did that with him he unhooked the trailer and I left. This is ridiculous. Your service is getting worse and worse. Here is the contract number 82231988 check the security footage and talk to the employee and issue a refund asap.
