I had a hair appointment with Misty. She double booked my appointment and took someone else before my appointment even started. I was 10 mins late and she cancelled my appointment without any notice nor rebooked me. I waited for 45 mins and being pregnant, no help was provided. I had to find someone else at the last minute to do my hair for baby shower. Very unprofessional and poor service!

For a year now, I am getting my hair colored here. Every time I leave with best results with stylist- Valys. But today I was not able get the same stylist so, I went with Starr. No greeting at all. Kept arguing about the color. I’ve doing the same color for a year. I paid for full root touch up and didn’t get the blowout. Terrible service. Don’t ever book the stylist Starr.

I honestly didn’t want to write this review but if you’re looking to get your hair dyed here, I would call and ask before your visit if they have the shades. I took time off from work to get my hair done for the first time in years and they turned me away because they didn’t have enough product to do my hair for an all over color. That’s what weekly inventory is for. I honestly cried on the way home only because I had been hyping myself up for weeks to get this color now I feel like it’s a sign I shouldn’t even get the color 😭

Fabulous experience! I brought in photos for reference of the cut I was seeking, plus needed my undercut clippered. Jazlynne was friendly, fun to work with, and did an amazing job on my hair.

I had an outstanding experience at the Prosper, TX location! Negeen provided exceptional service that truly went above and beyond. As someone with very sensitive, acne-prone skin and hyperpigmentation, I'm often disappointed by limited product knowledge at other stores but here, they exceeded my expectation.
Negeen demonstrated incredible expertise and took the time to truly understand my specific concerns. What impressed me most was her in-depth knowledge of product ingredients and formulations. I do extensive research online before purchasing anything for my skin, and she was spot-on with every single recommendation. Her suggestions were perfectly tailored to my needs and aligned with everything I'd learned in my own research.
If you're in Texas and struggling to find skincare solutions, I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Negeen. You'll be in excellent hands!

If you need a haircut I would 100% recommend booking with stormey! She’s the greatest hairstylist I’ve been to in a while! She listen to my concerns and took such great care of me during my service! I came for a haircut and left feeling like a new person! Will be coming back again:)

If I could give Mrs. Beverly more than 5 stars I would! I walked in looking for a foundation, never really wear makeup but I wanted something that was super natural. She was so so helpful and very patient with me!!! I appreciate you so much!

My experience in here today was a little bit weird. I always come in here and today the workers and one of the managers kept following me around the store. I never had a minute to just shop. It was very frustrating.

I was in desperate need of a haircut, and with most salons understandably packed on a weekend, I decided to give Ulta’s salon a try—and I’m so glad I did. I was thoroughly impressed with Forozan. She took the time to really understand the look I wanted and executed it with both precision and care. She was meticulous without dragging out the process, and the result was exactly what I hoped for.
The only downside was the behavior of some of the other staff. While Forozan was running just slightly behind and politely informed her next client of the brief wait (which the client was perfectly fine with), two of the young women kept making unnecessary comments, showing impatience, and whispering and giggling amongst themselves. It came across as very juvenile, unprofessional, and insensitive especially toward someone who was clearly working hard and doing something they should had been doing- her job.
If ever, I’m in a clutch again, I’d return to her Forozan as she is an excellent stylist. I just hope the overall environment becomesprofessional and respectful.

I don’t usually go to Ulta, I’m more of a Sephora shopper. But today I decided to take someone to Ulta and ended up going inside. Beverly greeted me with so much kindness, and I was actually due for a new foundation. She helped me try out Lancôme (which I’ve never used before), and I’m so glad she did! She was very nice, patient, and helpful. Thank you Beverly at Ulta in Prosper for making my experience such a good one! 💄✨

Came in a few days ago and Mahogany treated me like absolute royalty!!! Mind yall I was looking a little bummy that day lol. She was super attentive and made sure to make my shopping experience a great one! I HAD to acknowledge her to her peer who was also very nice to me.

I had a fantastic first visit with Forozan! She was warm, professional, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. Her attention to detail and gentle approach made the whole experience so relaxing. I walked out feeling confident and absolutely loving my hair.
