Confidential document shipped out overnight early delivery guaranteed by 10am next day. Document was never received, unaccounted for, not trackable, and never scanned by driver. The store rep tells me she’ll file a claim and refund could take 2 weeks. Unacceptable. I will not be back to this store, or use UPS again.

worst passport photo center. The photos came out dark and horrible due to bad lights and the associate did not even retry, just said this passed our software. Paid $40 for two sets of passport photos and then had to go to CVS where they clicked amazing photos for half the price.

What a great location and amazing staff! I needed a 36” x 48” on the same day and William at UPS was a tremendous help. Not only did they kept close contact with me through phone and email, but the quality of the glossy paper came out great. Best store experience so far and hope to come back soon.

Easton & Christian were INCREDIBLY helpful and patient! I came in needing card stock paper to be cut as well as over 40 messages! They were prompt, professional and very knowledgeable! It was such a great experience and this location always moves quickly. A wonderful experience! Thank you Easton and Christian! Appreciate all you helped me with today!

Easton Robbins helped us today as a notary for eight separate documents, printed copies, and scans for email to lawyer. He was meticulous in his work, double checking, systematic, and efficient. He even carried the heavy stack of documents to the car for us. His cheerful demeanor was an added bonus. The Kellys appreciate the UPS at 380 and Custer, McKinney.

Just went to drop off an Amazon package and there's a sign that says they're open so I got off the highway and parked and they are closed. Google maps also says they're open. Ridiculous!

This location is wonderful, but go somewhere else because I like the short lines. Seriously, though, they deserve the good review. They are always well staffed and friendly. It's quick to get in and out. The motion-activated sliding door is the best when you've got an arm full of boxes.
