I am not sure what happened to the old quality of visionworks, but glasses barely last a year before completely scratched, large patches of coating coming off etc. The final straw for me was the service at this location. Apparently visionworks cant make glasses any longer for extreme myopathy ( or the staff doesn't know how to enter this in the computer) While one guy at least tried to do it, the other lady in the store was reading a private book, playing on her phone, putting jacket on and off and walking around in the store ( it was still 20 minutes till closing) etc. Very unprofessional. They wanted to call with an update regarding the glasses if they could make them, but never did. will go somewhere else.

I came here for the first time since they accept my insurance and was very impressed by the casual, but cordial, relaxed employees. They didn’t try to sale me anything or stand over my shoulder, which makes my experience so comfortable and welcoming. The ordering process was so easy and efficient with so many frames to choose from and competitive prices. Avery (I believe )was super nice and helpful with regards to explaining & looking up insurance information. Both employees were very attentive to customers and are fine representatives of VisionWorks.

I had an incredible experience with Lori at Visionworks! She went above and beyond by personally handpicking my glasses for me, which saved me so much time. Her attention to detail and understanding of my style and preferences were spot on. I’m thrilled with the glasses she found for me, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you, Lori, for making the process so easy and enjoyable! I’d also like to thank Avery as well he is an amazing superstar who has always made our experience easy.

Needed help with tightening some glasses and Avery and team were great. Asst. store manager should be eyeing that next opening pretty soon with that level of customer care and enterprise in his craft. Good team working that store ??

Avery and the rest of the staff at Visionworks were so sweet and helpful. They were able to fix my daughter’s glasses quickly and were incredibly patient as I couldn’t find our insurance information. He took the time out to call them up and get our information. With customer service like this, I won’t go anywhere else.

Laurie at the prosper location is amazing! She is so friendly and so personable! She doesn’t make you feel rushed even if they are about to close. Her customer service is great! I highly recommend this location and encourage you to ask for Laurie!

Amazing service!!! They had a great selection to choose from and the entire process was easy. Kaitlyn helped me find the perfect frames and was a ton of fun to work with! Will absolutely be coming back anytime I need frames and will be telling my friends to do the same!

I will give them 000 stars. Disappointed! Bad customer service and bad communication. It's been month and so and I haven't got my glasses. Which is ridiculous! First the payment didn't went through which takes 2 weeks to resolve the issue.
Then they are giving me useless and irrelevant excuses from last month. The glasses was broken, oh the lenses was broken because of high prescription, the lab is having difficulty, no time frame bla bla. I mean if your lab is not that professional you guys stop taking the orders and close your shop. Now I just called to check on status the Rep said she will contact the lab and see what's going on. I told her I am doing my job with old glasses I asked for my full refund she said you need to wait by this week and we will refund you back. Seriously! Why should I wait to get my refund. The order is still pending. I will never go back here I just need my money back.

So kind and thorough. They are not my normal eye place but mine was closed and I had something going on and Dr Google told me it could be bad. They ran all the tests and the doctor looked in my eye and reassured me it's normal for my age. The 2 at the front desk were so nice too. I felt welcome. Thank you.

My husband stripped a screw in his sunglasses trying to replace the lenses and called Visionworks to see if they would be willing to help. They were so friendly and told him to come right in. Upon arriving, Lori and Mahrosh were so helpful and got him fixed up quickly. We greatly appreciate their excellent customer service and willingness to help him so quickly!
