I had never been to Prosper. I enjoyed shopping at this Walmart, the store was clean and placement of the items where in proper places you would expect and easy to find.

Why is nearly one half of the parking lot for pickup? Also, how do you expect people with Walmart+ use the scan and go feature when there is no cell service in the store or WiFi? Or you can't use their app for basic functions as trying to check the price of an item or find a map of the store.

I tried three separate times to purchase items from the locked case at the hunting section. First time, was told that an employee had left home with the keys. Second time was told that they could not find the keys. Third time waited 15min for the guy to come with wrong set of keys, then returned with other wrong set of keys, he just shrugged as if no care at all. Amazing, worthless staff at this location, yes, those three different people I interacted represent the staff as they should be expected to.

I tried to purchase these paddles for the advertised price and they wouldn’t honor the deal. I had to wait 15 minutes for the team lead to let me know that they were no longer available at the sale price. Please do better Walmart.

The walmart store located in prosper is always neat and clean. Staff is so helpful during checkout. They offer good services like pharmacy and eye glasses.
