Be very careful about canceling your monthly membership here. I only used the service one time so I decided to cancel the membership and sent a text to cancel to the number I had received a text from that said consent was not required to buy (screenshot attached). When the monthly charge showed up I called them, sent them a screenshot of what number I sent it to and they said that's not the correct number and would not honor the fact that I did try to cancel it because I sent the text to a number that was automated promotional number from corporate and said they would not refund it. They told me that they were 100% sure that I was given a receipt with the correct phone number on it, that their people have worked there for years and he was sure they would have given me a receipt, their people never make mistakes, and it's my fault for not calling and should know what text numbers are real and which ones are not. When I asked for corporate information he became very belligerent and rude. No one is perfect. To say that your people never make mistakes and that I should be smart enough to know something is gaslighting. To offer no compromise at all is horrible customer service.

Neivin and Jose cleaned my Cadillac today and asked for oh thank you a review they always do such a nice job! And I’ve been a member of here with them for over a year! I am Purchasing my 16 yr old son a membership for Christmas per his request!

Ricardo was so nice and kind going through. I have been paying for the monthly car wash for almost a year now. The location is nice and cleaned. Towels are always available and everyone keeps a welcoming smile. Ricardo has been an amazing guy to work with.
