They had every opportunity to upsell their phone fix services by just saying a specific part needed to be replaced and I would have believed them. Instead, the technician took his time, examined my phone and cleaned out the part that was causing the issue without charging me! This builds great rapport and a long lasting relationship. I will be sure to continue recommending them to my friends because they can be trusted.

Navidb was very attentive, nice & fast. Needed a new cell phone battery. Everything was neat & orderly. They also had a coupon when you make a reservation. Thank you for that.

Went to several different places to get my kid's phone fixed and was rejected because it was an android. CPR fixed it no problem and it took all of 5mins. You can't go wrong with them.
