I'm in Pottsboro Texas and my card has been compromised. This is the nearest location, 40 miles away. After reading the reviews, I won't be driving almost 2 hours there and back to get cash and be treated poorly.
Unfortunately I will have to switch banks. I've been with Wells Fargo for about 15 years, through the 'fake accounts' scandal, I stuck with you.
This is the final straw.
My insurance business funds will be pouring in, I'll have to switch my deposit information with over 30 carriers there alone, not to mention everything I have on Auto Pay.
It appears to me that this branch must've gotten new management about a year ago. The reviews reflect that.
Get someone new in there that actually knows how to manage.

Teller I was with was very racist and had an issue with verification whereas another branch had no problems. AVOID.

Rude customer service, Ruth should not be in a banker position with that attitude. We called customer service they said walk ins were welcomed, but they were so rude and told us customer service doesn’t know. Go figure! Been a customer for over 20 years and was just trying to open a business account. Good thing I actually bank with Capital One as well and they were able to help.

People here don’t like to help. I called to make sure I didn’t need an appointment. The person over the phone told me to come between 12-4 and I should be good. I show up and they told me they couldn’t make it work. I showed up at 2pm and one of the workers, I don’t know if he was actually busy or not, but he didn’t help me since he had a 3pm appointment.

Nice convenient location for this Wells Fargo branch. I took the appointment online and reached there to open an account and the tasks were completed in almost 45 mins. The advisors provided some advice on the financial planning and offered to provide help in any long time financial goals. There is no drive thru ATM here and the branch area is small. Wells Fargo bank giving account opening bonus and trying to attract consumers which is good.

I’d give Eder Martinez zero stars if I could.I brought my son with adhd to open his first checking account since he is now 18. Mr. Martinez took it upon himself to refuse my son such an account. When I told him that this is his first step at being independent and an adult he said but he can’t sit still.First this man never spoke to my son. Second it is not his place to determine if my son would be financially responsible. When I said he had no right and he wasn’t my son’s psychiatrist or psychologist his response was he is a psychologist.Even if he were he’d know that my son not being a patient of his he cannot determine my sons disability or mental status.The ADA bans any organization that does business with the public from discriminating against people with disabilities. Under the ADA's Title III, banks and credit unions must give equal treatment to all customers, with and without disabilities.Also, had he of asked beings I have legal power of attorney over my son I can determine if he can open an account. Not a manager at a bank.What this man did is discrimination at its worst.I have already made a complaint with corporate, a complaint with the ACLU and tomorrow will be ADA and an attorney. What this man did was illegal.

Absolute disgusting customer service.I have an appointment at 11:00 am with Issac. We waited for almost 30 min and our turn did not come. He even did not come to us and said anything on the wait we did for almost 30 min. We have our own work to do that is why we book an appointment. If the slot was not available then why did they give us that slot for appointment and nobody came to update on the waiting time .It is a total disgusting service. Somebody from the top level management seriously look into this awful customer service.

Worst bank ever. Waited in line 30 min to make deposits and get change: this is a business account and I need to go back to work. Not to mention the tellers are so rude.

Sooooo slow. Come on guys, do better. It’s nice that it’s close by, but I probably could have driven to McKinney and back by now.UPDATE 5/16: I’ve been here several times and it is always slow as molasses. Not even at busy times. It could just be me and it takes 10 minutes to get cash. Lowered to one star.
