In search of exotic meats, I discovered this place on Google Maps. Dave gave me a tour and even a sample of duck burger which tasted really good. I was very impressed with my interaction with Dave as his customer service skills were impeccable. He is a really good guy and is very knowledgeable. The store is very nice too. Wide selection here, like no other. The prices aren't bad either. You can even place grocery orders for delivery on Uber Eats. If you are like me searching for a place that has alligator, or bison, and among so many others, this is the place.

We bought a Chateaubriand here to make individual Beef Wellingtons. The meat almost melted in our mouths. It was fabulous. The only down side was I had to go somewhere else to buy the puff pastry. Oh well.

Was excited about this location as it is closer to my house. The two young ladies stayed engaged in their personal conversation behind the counter, stopping for only second or two to tell me the total is of my $400+ order. I'm going back to the Frisco location where the staff is happy, helpful and appreciative of my business. Disappointing.

The store is amazing! High quality meats and seafood unmatched in Dallas. Dave showed us around the store and explained the products . Great customer service and prices. My favorite shop for meats and seafood!

Everything has been great! Be diligent to ensure there is no freezer burn, but other than that Ribeyes, Brisket, Goose, Elk, and Beef Cheek have all be quality purchases. Will keep returning.
