We b7y our meat and fish online. Delivery is great. But the tenderloin steaks are pathetic. Full of gristle. That's not a tenderloin. Last month I received a refund for the horrible steaks (gristle) and a roast that came in 2 pieces. This month...same thing. So rather than roll the dice and hope that I get decent meat...I'll shop elsewhere from now on.

Customer service is awesome and staff is very helpful! I am impressed with the quality of the meat and pricing. I compared with big box prices grain vs. grass fed ground beef and it's definitely worth the 50 cent difference considering the time saved and the customer service.
As far as selection they have picahna, wagyu, suckling pig, salmon, brisket, ground bison, lobster and the list goes on. Or just chicken and beef, organic and non organic.
Everything is flash frozen so this isn't your last minute meal type place, although the chicken tenderloins thawed fairly quickly with the recommendations.

I am giving this place a 1 star. I have to be very honest. I thought the place looked very nice and laid out. Although I did think it was a place where it is real meat where you get butchered meat. It is in comparison to going to your local grocery store and getting frozen section meat. I got lamb chops, ground lamb, and a variety of fish. However, the meat was bad. Once my lamb chops as well as ground unthawed, and I cooked it. The meat tastes very terrible, almost like spoiled. It smelled terrible, and the taste was awful. The fish is doable, but again, frozen is just not good anyway. I won't be able to shop here again. The store looked new and stocked nice, but I was upset I had to throw a lot of the product away.

5 stars!!! I am surprised this store doesn’t have more and better reviews. The customer service and meat selections are AWESOME! Every time I visit, I’m promptly asked if I need help finding anything. Associates have been very helpful answering questions and explaining different cuts of meat. I have been blown away by the freshness and delicious taste of everything I’ve purchased. The Berkshire pork is the BOMB. The choice boneless ribeyes we bought last time were also very delicious and tender, way better than the “fresh” store bought ribeyes we’ve gotten from other local grocery stores. We’re trying the prime ribeyes this time, woo! ?
I love their selection of wild caught seafood, grass fed beef, and even exotic meats such as kangaroo, goat, etc. So fun! I always end up spending way more money here than I intend to, but it all goes to a good cause ?
I’ve also been impressed that their prices are extremely comparable if not even cheaper than others such as HEB. For example, 1 lb of grass fed ground beef at HEB is regularly $7.99 and when on sale it is $5.99. At Wild Fork 1 lb of grass fed beef is $5.50 regular price!! That is comparable with the local downtown McKinney farmers market that I love to support as well. ?
I will continue to shop here and recommend you guys. Thanks for all the help!!! God bless y’all ♥️

Love shopping here. They have so many choices that you don’t see at the grocery stores. Everything is fresh. One of my favorites is the chicken sausage.

The food I buy at Wild Fork is amazing! I can cook a picanha roast like it has come from Texas de Brazil or Fogo de Chao! The meat is excellent quality. Because it is flash frozen, it is never freezer burnt. It takes just a short time for the size of the roast to thaw. I buy almost all my hamburger there. It is cheaper, and I think better!

Great place for locating quality cuts of meat that may be difficult to find. Picanha and IBÉRICO pork are great finds. Excellent shipping if you are not local. My only complaint is to stay away from the swordfish (phew)

Another wonderful shopping experience. I love how impeccably clean everything is. The is always kind, welcoming and very knowledgeable about the ptoducts they carry. It's definitely the best place to buy meat and sides. They had samples today! I thoroughly enjoyed the roasted duck and red skinned mashed potatoes! Highly recommended. Amazing selections. Some of our favorite staples are: Lamb, Smoked Salmon, Chilean Sea Bass, Halibut with Scampi Sauce, Duck, Lobster, Scallops, Lump Crab Cakes, Mushroom & Truffle Pizza and the red skinned mashed potatoes. They also carry a great selection of vegetables, beef, and desserts.

I am giving this place one star not because of the quality of their meat but the service I received, I love wild fork and have placed orders in so many of their locations around DFW, but this particular location I will not be ordering anything online or visiting them again . Now I have been to this location more than 20 times since it had opened , I was one of their first customer to visit the week they opened and since then have shopped there different times during the day, and they have never been like packed busy in that store never , which is one of the reasons why I love shopping there coz you are not bumping carts with other people ?. I placed an order online 11/04 around 9am just as they opened and their website reflected the order will be available after 11am. I was in a rush to go somewhere so I decided after I placed the order I can call the store and ask if they can process my order before 11am. After placing my order I immediately called this location and the guy who answered the call rudely barked at me "NO WE ARE EXTREMELY BUSY RIGHT NOW " and from the jump he had answered the phone with an irritated tone.Now here's what I can say to the gentleman who answered my call you may have been having a bad morning which I understand but you are running a business that can potentially make you loose customers because of your attitude. It was uncalled for and not necessary. Having said that , I will not be shopping at this location or have any of my friends and family witness such bad customer service.Totally Unacceptable!!!

Customer service is garbage here, especially from Mario. Condescending and unpleasant are the only words I can think of, we stock our freezer once a month here but after our experience with him specifically, we will never be back to this location.

I was excited about trying this store (Prosper location) for my seafood so it’s unfortunate that my visit did not go well. As I entered the store there was a couple checking out, the cashier, and a gentleman stocking the freezers present. By the time the couple checking out had gone and I was the only customer, the cashier was on her cellphone and neither employee had greeted me or offered assistance as I roamed the ailes, but no biggie really. The issue became apparent when another customer walked in and was immediately greeted by a very nice “Welcome In!” from the cashier (face still in phone). I was the only person of color in the store (including the employees) and definitely felt unwelcome at that point and left the store.Considering I have been black my whole life, it did not surprise me this happened but I was very disappointed. Wild Fork I truly hope you do not foster discrimination in your values and that you emphasize the importance of inclusion and kindness to every single customer that walks through your doors to spend money on your product. This was unfortunate because I will not shop here in the future but hopefully my experience ignites changes for a better experience for someone else in the future.
