“Great Store, Just Needs Faster Checkout
Kohl’s is one of my favorite places to shop. They always have a great selection of clothing, home goods, and seasonal items, and their deals and coupons make it easy to save money. The store is clean, organized, and easy to navigate.
The only downside — and it’s a consistent issue — is the checkout process. The lines are usually long, and there are often only one or two cashiers working, even during busy times. It can be frustrating to wait so long just to pay, especially when everything else about the shopping experience is smooth.
Still, the quality of the store, the helpful staff, and the value you get make it worth coming back. Hopefully, they improve the checkout situation soon!”
“Clean new store with merchandise in stock - there’s always some offers going on - checkout is fast and staff is courteous. The clothings are in stock which is bigger than the Frisco store. The parking is nearby and the store is big. Love the collection of daily clothings in this location of Old Navy.”

This is our go to Ross from now on because of such friendly positive vibes from her. I really thought the long line was going to take forever, I observed her and how fast she checked out all the customers and smiling to everyone! I can't say enough about how good Latreas is for the Ross company, but she's for sure a valuable asset!
