Ms Vi who’s the Branch manager has been incredibly supportive and professional. She is very knowledgeable about her work. Her dealing with her customers is an excellent. My personal experience with her has been an excellent experience as she was very helpful and understanding how to handle my issues. I came to her office with the plan to close my business account with the bank. She strongly advised me not to close the account since I have been with this bank for a long time. I believe that Ms.Vi is a great asset for the bank. She will continue to make a lot of profits for Bank.

I’ve been to this bank on 3 different occasions and each time they are having some kind of issue where they can’t help me. It was 15 minutes before they closed today and 3 tellers standing there had to ask to do a transaction b/c they ignored me and am told we close at 6. It’s not 6 yet. Then the answer is we’re having problems with our system so use the ATM.
It’s been over 6 months and they still suck. The Frisco n McKinney locations always friendly and helpful. AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN!!
