Great place and fair price, staff is super friendly. I am not sure if this is normal for car wash places now but they do free vacuums for anyone which I think is a horrible idea.
I have to pay to get the car wash and then almost every time I come the vacuums are full and 1/4 of the cars are not wet so it’s people coming for free vacuums so I have to wait for someone who pays nothing so I can then vacuum my car.
Maybe I am missing something but I don’t understand how making your paying members wait and wear and tear of the equipment as not as much anymore but a few months ago so many of the vacuums were broken.
If this is not something changed and I have to keep waiting for people not paying to vacuum I will be canceling my membership which I prefer not to do.

This place blows take 5 car wash of the planet, I left them after years of broken equipment and them damaging my vehicles and not even contacting back. Ever since I've found Zips I'm in heaven.

Has to drop in to switch vehicles on my account corporate had everything so mixed uo, there was no way I could've ever figured out how to fix it. Callen not only took care of the issue but he literally stayed with me and corporate on phone for an hour while the mix up was fixed. Its been screwed up for years. Other than the account problem this place still is really clean and everything always works and the customer service is Bar None. Callen, you literally are what a Manager should be modeled after in your company. Thanks again for all your help.

The wash is overpriced compared to competitors. The girl at the entrance was unhappy and did not prespray my car. At the vaccums people are taking spaces sitting on their phones not even vaccuming. People pull in and use the vaccums without a wash so there are people here taking vaccum spaces for free without buying a wash. Its a big fail here but Jake was great at the checkout in front.

Chris was great checking me in to get a car wash. Very friendly! Personally, I think $30 is a bit much, especially since you need to hand dry yourself. The car and rims don’t get as clean as they should, and bugs aren’t removed from the front. I’ve been to other car washes near this one and for $25 I get a much nicer wash plus hand dried.

Average car wash quality. Cost is higher then competitive services. Vacuums aren't maintained well (low suction). No manual pre-spray. Overall, I felt it was too expensive for what you get, especially when there are better options.
