Whatever you do, don't go with AT&T. Several times a week, I got no service. I called AT&T, and the person at the other end of the line told me there were no problems .I called again, and another person said they were working to fix the problem. So who can you believe? This company is a bunch of lying bureaucrats.

Wyatt was phenomenal! He told me he’s the new manager and I think he’s just what this place needed. I personally needed assistance with some billing changes and he was more than happy to not only assist me but help me find a better plan at a cheaper rate. The store was well kept, music was fun and overall Wyatt made my visit well worth it and I will recommend this store and him to anyone who needs phone service or help!

Wonderful experience! Purchased two Samsung S25+ phones with the assistance of an incredibly knowledgeable tech named Wyatt. Wyatt is personable, experienced, intelligent and trustworthy.
My wife and I felt comfortable with his guidance on our purchases. He went the extra mile in leading us through the purchase process and providing instructions on phone use.
Wyatt is a credit for AT&T and an asset.

Jay was amazing, he took the time with me and my husband needed so we could make the best decision for our household. Very patient and very knowledgeable, he should be district manager he is so competent at what he does and knows his products. I will be spreading the word in the community to go see him. I would like to start off by saying 10:00 AM on a Tuesday morning first customer in the building a gentleman by the name of Jay was working the counter. I had extreme problem with an Apple Watch that AT&T employees in Rockwall could not figure out three of those folks then I decided to come to Quinlan, spoke with first thing in the morning no problem and he got it up and running absolutely was the most impressive person of all the four people I spoke with that worked for AT&T This gentleman was very professional very nice. Did a excellent job because of him I will be coming to AT&T in Quinlan from this point forward thank you again.
