The lady with the short red/brown hair up front is so rude EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! I've NEVER received good customer in this place. I don't think they know what good customer service is! What a shame. Avoid this place! Rude, incompetent and not to mention that this place is a rip off. Scamming people left and right. No thanks.

The girl that was working was very rude and would NOT give me the discount from the add in the paper even though I had my phone with app open showing her the add and the fact that you can NOT add a digital coupon on the app when it's a sales add in the paper. So I think that should be fixed or they should give the discount if you have the app/ad and showing it to them. What's it called if a place has something like a sale going on and don't uphold that sale, what the legal term again??

The manager in the Quinlan location tierany branch is a thief an downright nasty! She smokes dope in the bathroom a steals from the store ! They need to get rid of her or they will lose buisness! Y’all need to watch her closer
