Was cool when it first opened but the local shoplifters ruined the congeniality of the place. They trust no one and suspect everyone. Don’t take it personal. It’s nice to not have to drive to Greenville but shrinkage really drives the price up at a small local business.

I Came in for some 2x4 lumber, paid and drove to the pick up location. Turns out they were all damage.
1 employee at the pick up location said people at the store knew all 2x4s were in bad condition.
I go back inside for a refund, my cashiers tells someone that they’re out of 2x4s and she responds “we have some they’re just all bad”..
So they knew and they still try to sell them to me.
What a waste of time..

It's a nice place but they won't deliver my permanent electric service pole from Quinlan to Nevada, Texas by the lake. When I first spoke to them on the phone, they said they could deliver it for $2 a mile but when I got there, they said it was too far out of their way. That was unfortunate because it wasted about 2 hours of my time and about five dollars worth of gas to drive over there, only to be rejected for delivery. The distance is 30 mi one way but I guess it's too far. I will probably still buy the pole there because their prices are good and they know how to build them to code. I just have to figure out how to haul a 20-foot 350 lb pole.

That's a great little store and the prices are reasonable. Very convenient location to swing in and out of and the staff is always friendly.

Stopped by Fix & Feed for range cubes—left with a bag of cubes, a cold root beer, and a deeper appreciation for small-town miracles.
The cubes were for the cows, the root beer was for me, and the cashier tossed in a smile like it was store policy.
In and out in five minutes flat. That’s what I call service with fizz.

two lady cashiers were VERY RUDE. A hispanic girl with two braids talked to my aunt like she was an idiot , I’m sorry a 83 year old woman doesn’t know much about concrete. Do better with the employees bad attitudes and no patience. Respect your elders!
