Tammy was great . Knowledgeable and helpful getting my brothers tax return straightened out, 5 stars for Tammy. 1 star for the $50 refer a friend program. I switched from h and r block to Jackson Hewitt because my brother referred me and so he could get $50. It never happened.

Tax preparer was a very nice lady talked a lot but she was nice. Filed up a text that I had already filed previously made $250 which I didn’t need to pay them. I just need to pay her $50 for her service and kept 200 but they kept the whole amount. I tried talking to the owner manager whatever he was And I was like talking to mud so if possible, I will never use them again

Friendly worker but the company tried to over charge a ridiculous amount like over 1 3rd of what was made this is a company filled with frauds the worker was cool but the boss has no ideal how to allow low income people to file at this company total scam waste of hours of my time just for a few that's 10 times what turbo tax charges then the owner instead of saying we will address these concerns says call us so I get locked into a 4 hour hold terrible owner
