They are not helpful at all and they give inaccurate information I went in on Sunday to inquire about a new phone guy told me I would need to change my current plan to the more expensive one for the first month. Went to another metro in Rockwall they said no nothing would change on my plan.
A mistake occurred when connecting my phone which Rockwall location was so helpful and took initiative on there mistake and helped me over the phone girl at Quinlan metro said I would have to go all the way back to Rockwall that she wasn't able to do anything about it just cause I didn't purchase the phone there. This is not the first encounter with this same girl a couple a months ago I went to change my due date she did not change it to the date I wanted and when in to inform her she act like she didn't know what she did wrong and acts like she looking at info on her computer but is no help at all and shows no sympathy what so ever to assist.

Worst experience... Overcharged, not given a receipt, switch and bait, charged me for Free phones, not put on the rate plan asked for costs me double day five and more than ten hours of sorting the mess out. Go anywhere else, not these crooks.
