I have used this shop before, 2 years ago, and there was no issues. But when I used them last time, it was a nightmare. I took my daughters car to have the AC repaired. The woman behind the desk, Kelly, said no issue, it would be done at the end of the day. She called me around 2 and said that it needed an expansion valve and a filter. I approved the repair, which brought the total up to $412. This was on a Wednesday. On Friday, the repair still wasnt done, and thats when I checked the tracking I have on my car. My car wasnt at their shop, it was at another shop down the road. And had been since 30 minutes after I dropped it off! When I went to the shop that my car was at, they were closed for the day, my car was parked in front of the building not secured, driver window down and doors unlocked. When I called Kelly, she said that her mechanic walked out on her and she was trying to help me. Remember... they took me car to the other shop 30 mins after I dropped it off! I went to the other shop on Saturday morning to get my car, and they would not give me my car even though I had my registration in hand. After much argument I finally got the car back from Kelly. $412 later AND THE AC STILL DOESNT WORK!!!! AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!Service: A/C installation & repair

So me and my wife stopped by to look at a toyota corolla they had for sale. After the retired lot lizard behind the desk gave us permission to take a test drive my wife came back and said it was pulling to the right. We were told that she would have her guy give it an alignment first thing in the morning and that she also wanted to fix the radio before selling it to us. We were told that we would be contacted the next day. The next day we didnt hear anything so we called and they gave us the run around saying that she wasnt there but that the alignment had been completed. We assumed we hadnt been contacted because she was still trying to fix the radio. Next day we hear nothing again so my wife calls and they claim that they had tried to contact us but we didn't answer.THIS IS ABSURD BECAUSE MY WIFE HAS BEEN WATCHING HER PHONE LIKE A HAWK FOR 2 DAYS. She also told her that they were in the process of selling the car to someone else. So on top of lying to our face we were stabbed in the back. We had every intention of buying that car. Why go to such lengths just to be deceitful? We had every intention of buying that car and told her that we had the amount in full and had no need to do payments. Honestly i wouldve bought the car and had the alignment done myself but she assured us it was no problem and that she wanted to take care of it before selling it to us. Things like this say a lot about a person and a business in general. Do business with Kelly Mcnair and parkway motors at your own expense. Negative stars should definitely be an option these days.

The awesome people here just so happen to see a post my mother in-law did this morning asking for help with some mechanic work. The guy commented back quickly and asked me to call him. I explained what was happening and he had me bring it in. After several quotes that other shops from quinlan and surrounding areas gave me, he beat all their quotes and did an amazing job. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and efficient. He had me in and out within an hour and my vehicle was running back at peak performance again. The office staff was also so helpful and friendly. If you are looking for family oriented and friendly repair shop, please come here. You won’t be disappointed!

I am absolutely positively appalled by the service they have provided me. I just cannot comprehend why they won't let me use the acid out of my car battery to make meth. I'm also confused by the way they judged me when I inhaled antifreeze in front of them. They repod my car without letting me get my hidden prescription pills out of there. Now how am I supposed to get high? Does anyone have propane for sale? I'm a broke man not a rich man. So instead of a cocaine man, I'm a propane man. #novascotia
